Question....if my fiance applied for a visa before to visit and was denied did that need to be reported on the i129-f ? I know it asked other questions if he'd been in the states which he hasnt but he has applied for lottery and tourist before...

I don't see that question on the I-129F.  I believe it will be on the beneficiary's DS-160 visa application.

You don’t need both birth certificate and all pages of passport.  You only need all pages of passport if you are using it to establish citizenship.  Otherwise you only need the indentification portion and coountry entry and exit stamps

To stablish citizenship we included the sort version of BC (I don't know the other one) and we also submitted a change of name resolution by a judge (It's like a single page / he got his name changed when he was 3 yo). And we included only the passport pages with stamps bue I don't remember if we add it to  proof of meeting section... I have all the scanned documents in my mail without particular order.

You can ask for help from your Congressman/Senator too. Won’t hurt you if you will try.

Looks so serious ask for help to the congressman. I just have to email them talking about the time on my case and ask to check with USCIS if something it’s going on?

No i don’t think so. Many are doing that. You will only allow your Congressman to look into your case for an update. As I’ve read from this forum, some were approved days after contacting their congressman. May not be true to all but atleast you have tried.

You might try both options below.

First try shooting off an email to the Ombudsman at cisombudsman@HQ.DHS.GOV The Ombudsman provides an impartial and independent perspective to USCIS in an attempt to resolve problems.

Second try your U.S. representative's contact information can be found in this handy directory, and your U.S. senator's information is in this one.

If you receive a response and it contains anyone of these sentences this will be the meaning of that phrase.

If the CSC response is due to a congressional case worker inquiry, the service center will say "security checks"

If the CSC response is from a regular service inquiry from their website, the service center will say "adjudication"
