I don't see anywhere where the beneficiary need to send all the pages of their passport. It was only an option for the petitioner or the USC, either copy of birth certificate (front and back) or copy of all the pages of the USC passport valid for at least 5 years.

I agree with you in the Official I-129F instructions that are posted on the USCIS website it doesn't say anything about needing to submit copies of every signal page of the petitioners passport just the name page for proof of citizenship and the the stamps that show that the petitioner has visited the beneficiary in the past two years. You can see for yourself on pages 11 and 12.

That is really unfortunate:(

I'm actually now freaking out about the passport thing. I actually can't remember what I did (example of why keeping copies of what you send is a good idea!) I vaguely remember maybe doing a couple pages? Definitely not all. I really really do not remember, and I know no one can help. I'm just really second guessing what I did, and really hoping that if I messed up THAT big, that we will get a RFE. We're going to get an RFE for passport photos anyway, so I thought I might get new ones taken and send them over. Maybe I'll be a little proactive and organise passport page copies *just in case* we get a massive RFE.

I just feel like such an idiot. I know all we can do is wait it out. Guys, take your time getting embassy documents together. This is exciting moving through the process but SO easy to overlook something. Fingers crossed I'm packing for nothing.

Don't be so hard on yourself if you look at the official I-129F instructions listed on the USCIS website https://www.uscis.gov/i-129f  nowhere does it say that you have to submit copies of every page of your passport. There is no guarantee that you won't get a RFE but it is my personal belief that if it was that important then USCIS would have specified that in their instructions to avoid having to send RFEs to everyone.

July 16th (around 545pm EST) I called to check on our petition, I was told it hasn't been touched yet....

July 17th (around 620am EST) I got the text saying there was a change to our account, which was our NOA2

July 20th got our NOA2 hard copy stating our NOA2 date was July 13th....

Wow!! Congratulations! Thank you for sharing!

This is sooooo weird! But then again, it’s USCIS right?! Lol

Not every approval comes with a smile and yeah this what happens to me :(

got approved and honestly idk if we'll still do the k1, no call and texts for almost two months after she went back to US, I tried everything but she easily said just leave everything behind and respect her privacy. having a moody girlfriend and not talking when things get bad is very bad on a relationship, i even questioned myself a million times what i have done wrong but there's none. TBH my heart hurts and this is really painful :( can i still try to apply the visa and if ever i get approve i personally want to talk to her if we can work things out and i know this is a gamble.

Congratulations on all of our approvals!

I wish you all the best of luck!

Hi, Karl. I can feel your sadness :( Think really hard about this. Ask your family, closest friends, or if you come to church ask for counsel. You love her and would like to make things work. But isn't that a BIG WARNING SIGN not to push thru? You're leaving everything behind for her, but it seems like she's no longer with you in this journey. Do you have any communication with her family?

Yup! We wrote a letter to USCIS - updating address. We decided to do this so I can still spend time with my mom. Been working abroad for a while and it would really take time for me to see her again if I dont do it in Ph

Did they respond to you? We did the same thing we wrote a letter to CSC to change our US embassy from hk to phils. They only told us they already received our letter. How long do you think it takes? And how we will know they approved the transfer?
