I woke up this morning with email alerts from USCIS on my case.

The first email says: "

We are still reviewing your case and there are no updates at this time

 

The second one says: "USCIS has taken action on your application, petition or request and updated your account.  Please access your account to view the update.

https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/

When I click on the link I have access to my account that says this "

Interview Was Scheduled

On March 28, 2018, we scheduled an interview for your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization, Receipt Number xxxxxxxxxxxxx. We will mail you an interview notice. Please follow any instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

 

I am confused because the status on the other site says 

We reviewed your biometrics

I am so confused. Has anyone experienced this? What does it mean?

My brother don't be confused confuse. This should be good confuse ! Interview scheduled is an exciting news. I'd go by that.

As you said it is always an exciting news to have Interview scheduled...I just wanted to know if someone here had the same experience.

The other site (https://my.uscis.gov) will update with the interview scheduled status in a few hours, and then a day or so later you'll see a copy of the interview notice there. The 'we're still reviewing your case...' is unrelated, it gets sent automatically - probably just a coincidence in this case.

@Le Bangoulap Yes, it is just a coincidence that the no action update was sent just before they scheduled your interview. The "no action" update is automatically generated every week/2 weeks it seems. But as it happens, you did in fact get an update later that day. So, good for you! The 2 different sites seem to update at different times, so I'm sure it will update soon!

The two sites aren't always in tandem, tomorrow they will be. Yes, its an interview, which actually confirms what I have said or my theory. A month before the 3 year anniversary of your GC, you will receive an email to say a interview has been scheduled. However, there are variables with this, one and the most important one is how busy your field office is and secondly security checks. However, a HUGE congratulations, an interview has been scheduled and you're very near the end of your journey!

No I think they are somewhere in Ohio and they are a month away from their 3rd anniversary of their conditional GC.  It would be 5 years if not through marriage. Normally what will happen is a month before the 3rd or 5th year of the anniversary of your conditional GC, there will be an email scheduling your forthcoming interview. However, with backlogs at field offices, it is dependent on those and also security checks may interfere with this. No idea, what your field office processing times are, or if you filed online or via paper. Paper applications tend to be a lot slower, as USCIS want to promote online filing services, so have made them a priority over paper filing.

Can someone please update my timeline? My name on the list is TLT&ATT you could also change that. Also, my biometrics day was 02/28/18 not 02/25/18.

My ECD is 11 months

Ok guys here is the latest on my case. After receiving that 'bug' of February 26-March 5th, I submitted an inquiry that said if after March 27 i did not receive any notice, I should send an inquiry. I duly obliged and sent an inquiry and i received a mail this morning saying my account has been updated and logging into my uscis account i discovered that interview was scheduled. I do not know if that is correlated to the inquiry that I had sent or not.

And this was updated on the egov website i think its the old elis website. the my uscis has not been updated yet where we can download notices.

The other site will update once you have the pdf interview notice available for download. Normally it take a day or 2. So tell us if it has been updated with the interview notice available for download.
