Hello everyone - I also posted this in the Texas Service Center Forum.  I filed my wife's and step daughters petitions in January.  Received confirmation of receipt January 8, 2018 - Texas Service Center.  on April 19, 2018 - received email - stating an update has been made to my case.  I used the link and created a new profile on the new USCIS website - both cases have been approved on 4/19!  Under each case (i received a different SRC# for wife and daughter) - it states I will recieve a letter in the mail by May 18 for next steps for NVC.

I'm a little skeptical to say the least!  approved thru Texas in a little over 3 months??

Has anyone else received approval that filed in January of this year?

Hey that's great news. Congrats

Just want to know if you are a US citizen or a permanent resident.

Timelines are quite messed up and different for both

Do let us know, so that we can figure our timelines too since my husband is a US citizen

Hi all,

I'm Canadian, my husband is American USC.  Got married November 15 2017 in the US.  Stayed for 5 1/2 months there and filed my i130 January 4th 2018.  My Priority Date is January 5th.  I'm back in Canada still waiting on my NOA2, and waiting, and waiting, and waiting.... In my Timeline here, it says    " Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between July 12, 2018 and July 25, 2018*."   Sigh, more waiting.   I'm at the Texas Service Center too.

So last night I got super bored that I started to search thru about 13000 case number files from dec 22nd till about Jan 2nd in TSC. What I saw was some i130s were approved, wondering if this could be concurrent aos cases since I saw i485. I assume when I see something saying it was sent to NVC its an approved i130, to that I know of no other forms says this. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I oddly saw maybe close to 50 or more numbers stating that...

App still states my number is invaild, but new site still says that it has my file, etc.

Ps. I have a handful of wifi connects I can use when I hit my daily limit on the app.

Back in January might had stated mkd August and now it states mid July.

The dates go off of the "average" current time. I'm unsure if it's based off of the last last 365 days or what.  But overall I have seen some i130s around my pd being approved and some sent to the department of state (I'm assuming its nvc). But I'm unsure how many of thise are tied to the i485 that haven't been transfered to NVC. (in state processing) If I am wrong someone please correct me.
