I almost did, but thanks God I got an email from USPS., at first they said it will be deliver tomorrow at 8pm, then another email came saying it was actually delivered this morning.

My husband was the one applying to remove his conditions, on the NOA, he is listed as the PETITIONER and BENEFICIARY at the top of the I797 NOA - is that the same for everyone else? Or should my name be one of the two? I'm the US CItizen spouse....

Thanks for checking! Maybe the CSC used a different template? My sister had applied for 751 for her husband a few years ago and the template looks more like the one you're mentioning.

 

Any CSC people have the I797 notice of action with Petitioner/Beneficiary listed at the top? Is the same name listed for both?
