We have received the hard copy of our RFE which requires:

1. Two passport photos of both.

2. Divorce decree of the petitioner.

3. Tick YES or NO in part of Criminal records.

4. Updated Letter of intent to marry within 90 days from the beneficiary (from me).

We are going to figure it out this week.

I will let you know their final decision. :)

Good luck!

Hi there!

My case number doesn’t work on the new or old versions of the USCIS website (it never has). We filed on Dec 11th. For those who have been approved, how many days later did you receive a notice in the snail mail? I don’t get emails or texts from USCIS either because I don’t think we signed up for them in the initial application and website has never worked.

Thanks!

62 Updates, 37 Approvals

A few of these are backdated to the 15th, but most are from today.

A decision notice mailed is typically a denial, for those who haven't seen that status before.

Notice Explaining USCIS actions is typically an "intent to deny", or a very strong RFE you need to overcome

You will notice they did creep forward a bit and start on the 14th now.

We are going to figure it out this week.

I reilized my Letter of intent to marry which has been submitted with the petition itslef did not contain an address and the date. So i think maybe that is why they want me to update it in a proper way. So i am excited to complete all those docs mentioned above and submit asap. :)

hope your approval will come soon right away after submission!

Can i send you a direct message please  showing my draft of the Letter?

Oh no, I'm only December 22 filer and they're working on the 14th now. Still got a few weeks to go.

But I'm good, thank you, just very very busy. My house is sold and will be changing owners on July 2nd. I'm moving houses now and it gives me a chance to sift through the things I want to take with me, do away with or leave here.

Work is a mess, people are overworked, having a burn out or had a heart attack. Boss stepped down so we have an interim head of department. Being the floor manager I'm drowning, lol.

But my handsome grizzly is keeping me sane. I'm so lucky to have him. I cant wait to get one of his big bear hugs again.

How are you love?

We are 14th December but nothing yet. We hope for good news soon. Would be great if destiny can open a door for us. Haven't seen my love in freaking 7 months. I have a very good feeling about approvals this week. Let's hope and keep faith. At least all my exams are done and dusted with great scores. Can't wait to start my new life with him.
