But the house and monthly payments to the sports bike is in the Philippines or Saudi Arabia (where you are living now)?

You need to show more than just one or two ties.

As for the part about "never asked"---it's not up to the CO to expressly ask what ties you have, it's more on your end to offer that information up during your interview.

my house and sports bike are all in Philippines..I am living and working here in Saudi.

I have read in other forums that, you cant just simply offer all supporting docs that u have to the CO becoz most likely they will ignore it bcoz they didnt ask for it... unless the CO will ask anything from you, thats the time u will give..

On the bright side, you got approved for tourist visas elsewhere.

)Even with the tourist visas approved and in hand, it's still up to the POE officer whether they admit you across the border or not.)

No one can tell you what exactly constitutes "strong ties". It is intentionally not written down anywhere so that those with bad intentions cannot game the system.

You just need to be able to satisfy the consular officer that you are seeking a visa as a bona tide tourist and will return to your country of origin after your authorised stay expires. To date, the CO hasn't been satisfied with your documents and explanation.

Not everyone is the same, even with similar circumstances.

By law, the embassy must presume you are an intending immigrant until they are satisfied that you aren't.

I agree.. thats why, I will enjoy my incoming trip to UK&Canada by nextyr...forget in my mind the U.S visa for now...

That was kind of my point----your ties are more in the Philippines (house, family, bill payments).    The CO was looking for more concrete ties to Saudi Arabia since that is where you are living now, and where you applied from.

1-Purpose of Visit-I wanna go on tour and to see what U.S.A has to offer

That's the answer that would concern me. Maybe it is just your choice of words you used and not your meaning, but how I would take that or use that phrase or terminology is if I was looking for a place to relocate. A better answer is that you want to see certain attractions, visit certain places, which are things a tourist would do. I talk to a different employer to see what they have to offer if I want to change jobs. I visit another state or city to see what they have to offer if I plan to move there.

OP having debt isn’t a tie, there have been specific threads on here about what will happen if they immigrate to the us and stop paying back on their debts.

Compared to the US going on more than two weeks worth of vacation a year is lavaish and seems to raise the query on how you can spend so much time away from work. Maybe plan it so that your intended us trip is your only trip that year.

How much did/do you have in your bank account?  You should have $5,000 or more in an account under your name, plus your job history, plus your house (is it titled in your name?) and anything else that shows your strong ties back home.  Not only are they looking to see if you are a risk to stay in the US, but they also want to know that you have funds to survive and return home should something catastrophic happen while you're in the US.  Since you don't have family in the US, it's even more important to show the bank account.  As for them looking through your passport at other visas, they're not looking to see how many countries gave you visas, they're looking to see if you spent time in Pakistan or Iran or North Korea (definitely not favorable for your application).  Also, if you told the CO that you want to "see what the US has to offer," that kind of sounds like you're looking to see if you can find a job in the US.  Same thing if you have a vague itinerary, as in, "I just want to hitchhike across the USA and experience life."  Have a solid itinerary..."I'm going to see New York on Tuesday, Washington, DC on Saturday, then fly to the Grand Canyon Monday, and then return back to Saudi Arabia on Friday, and here's my travel itinerary and return tickets."  The things you said you have sounds to me like you're a good candidate for approval (if you are also showing them a bank statement with at least $5,000), so there must be something in how you're presenting it.  If you've already done all these things then I'm puzzled as to why you weren't approved.

Oho, the plot thickens.  So, if any of this is documented at Immigration, good luck on ever getting a visa.

Ah well, there you go it’s good that your tourist visa is denied then and you should get your other half to petition you for the correct visa.
