OMG!! RFEs! are getting  to higher  rate  than approvals. Seems they didn't  enjoy  their  holidays, now it coming  back to us.😢😢😢

I don't think it is a higher rate.. I think they just send more approvals on paper rather than updating compared to rfes. Rfes tend to get updated correctly (tend to being the key here)

Hello VJ members!

Our lawyer informed us on Sunday that our application was approved! I haven't updated my timeline yet since I'm not sure exactly when our NOA2 date is. The lawyer asked me if I received anything in the mail yet and I haven't. Also the USCIS website, USCIS app and Casetracker app all are still showing the same NOA1 message.

Good luck to everyone! I hope the wait is short for you guys! Now on to stress about the NVC and embassy wait times! :D

I believe Congratulations is in Order!

I know this is late, and hopefully not already addressed. But when I mentioned the Frankfurt office to my fiance (who lives in Bonn), he said, "I'm pretty sure it's going to be in Berlin." And I said, "We'll see who's right." That's so odd, because everyone talks about the Frankfurt office! It is, and isn't a huge deal for him, His parents are from that part of the country, so he'll go home and visit them for his interview. But that's a REALLY LONG trip considering there's an embassy right by him.

Hey, I´m the beneficiary and I´m living in Bonn too! It´s a small world :)

It just crossed my mind that if the USCIS have been told to do more checks on applicants the one way they can show they are doing that is with RFE's, at the end of the accounting period the figures will show a large increase in 'further checks' and shows they are a good job and meeting the new requirements since a lot of people are saying  the RFE's seem to be for small things.
