So you are married to your Egyptian Husband but he is also married to someone else in Egypt? The eligibility for Green Card through marriage requires that neither spouse is married to someone else at the same time.

Yes thats an issue.  If you arent the first wife you cannot petition him.  Also he would not be able to petition the other wives. The USA does not allow bigamy.

Yes it is a problem.

You will not be able to sponsor him for any immigration benefit if he is still legally married to someone else.

Applied for Naturalization based on 5-year Residency - 96 Days To Complete Citizenship!

July 14, 2017 (Day 00) -  Submitted N400 Application, filed online

July 21, 2017 (Day 07) -  NOA Receipt received in the mail

July 22, 2017 (Day 08) - Biometrics appointment scheduled online, letter mailed out

July 25, 2017 (Day 11) - Biometrics PDF posted online

July 28, 2017 (Day 14) - Biometrics letter received in the mail, appointment for 08/08/17

Aug 08, 2017 (Day 24) - Biometrics (fingerprinting) completed

Aug 14, 2017 (Day 30) - Online EGOV status shows "Interview Scheduled, will mail appointment letter"

It's not clear here if the other marriage is still ongoing. OP, please can you clarify if he is married to two women at the same time or if he married someone, the marriage ended and then he married you.

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

 

Now a US citizen!

If he is married to you and the other woman both right now only the first marriage is considered legal by US immigration. If you are the first wife he will simply have to divorce the second prior to applying for the visa. If you are the second he will have to divorce both of you and remarry you as the marriage now would not be legal in the US.

Good point, the OP said married, but that doesn't mean he hasn't divorced the other two wives or is still married to them.

OP never mentioned any divorces so reasonable to assume he is a bigamist.
