Guys please help if you would. Can you guys chime in if you still are in "case received" stage? On "Igor's List" there are 105 cases still up in the air, and only 24 as RFE. When I started clicking on each member I see that 3/4 of them have not been on the forum in weeks or months. I don't see many of you saying that you are still waiting here on the topic. Just curious so we can see where we are, latter months. Thank you in advance

There are still people that are awaiting their NOA2.  If someone has not been on the forum in a long time, then either they just don't get on it or they got their NOA2 and didn't update.  On the 'case received', are you talking about on the USCIS case tracker?  If so, then I can only speak for us, we do show as approved on there, but I have heard that others that have gotten their NOA2 still show as case received.

Hello Everyone! My fiance had her interview yesterday - October 27 6:40 AM at USEM and we got approved! :dancing:

I was with her during the entire process and I was also asked a few questions by both Filipino and American consuls. Everything went very smooth! They did not even ask for the affidavit of support or pictures. All those stressful nights and torturous wait just disappeared. :P

A warm thank you to everyone here for all your guidance and support. May we all have a blessed and happy journey ahead! :)

Congratulations! :jest:
