Did you file your petition online or paper-filing? I was so happy to be in line for my interview but when I saw your post I almost cried seeing how long it took to move you from "in line" to "interview".

i also did paper filing, maybe that's why it took 10 months get interview scheduled, how did you file online or paper ?

I filed online. I don’t wanna set my hope too tight. All Will confirmed when I see the actual interview notice with the actual date on it. I heard someone was scheduled for an interview and then was cancelled afterwards. Nothing is certain with USCIS :(

my brother filled online, his timeline is - file sent may 2017, fingerprint june 2017 and interview letter received august 2017, interview 18 september 2017 but after interview he is now waiting more than a month for oath ceremony scheduled, online says "We placed you in line for your oath ceremony and will send you a notice".

I dont think there will be any movement in your case in November ( I maybe wrong). But definitely you will some movement in December.

 

I think your interview will be in January.

I think your interview will be in January.

That's what I'm afraid of, going out of the country in December be back by January 10, hoping won't interfere with my process
