I-751 September 2017 Filers

Just an update. My wife's ROC was approved 1-17-2019 and her 10-yr GC should arrive in the mail tomorrow, according to USCIS website. We received the approval letter in the mail a couple days ago.

I think that should suffice ... that would be my guess because have heard of those who filed without DL cos the spouse didn't have any and they were fine ...

Also the processing time showing for VSC is 15.5 t0 18 months so really can not file the inquiry on the website. But i am confident will get the positive result.

went for my info pass appointment today  - they said my file was opened by an adjudicator yesterday Jan 23 and now is in process of adjudication. Hope to get a response soon. 🤞

Applied Sept. 2017 and just received approval notice today. No RFEs! There is hope fellow September 2017 filers!

VSC Sept filer here. EAC18068 - today my case status changed to ‘New Card is Being Produced’. Does this mean i’m approved??!

Still waiting for ROC approval.  Will be out of town for three weeks.  

 

 A quick question to ROC approved guys: When you get your card, do you get in ordinary mail?  If I do hold mail at USPS, will they keep my card or return it.  Have seen a card could not deliver message.

Hi All, i would like to get some info regarding the I-751 properly filling procedures. I have a k-2 followed to join he's 9 years old. Should we file his I-751 together or just me? I'm a little bit confused right now. I filled my I-751 last September 30, 2017 and the Vermont Service Center received my Application October 03, 2017. Had my biometrics October 30, 1017. Received two extension letters already. Last November 21, 2018 i received a noticed that my case was transferred to Texas Service Center. Then yesterday 26th i received by the mail my RFE, they sent last January 04, 2019 and i just got it yesterday  My question is should me and my K-2 followed to join file the I-751 together? or just me for right now?????
