Actually, it wasn't listed on the checklist at that time or we would have sent them in.   Unless I overlooked it.

It was on the instructions for 129f....promise you. Either way moot point now. Hope this is something simple for you.

This was probably in the period where the official documents had been updated to the new I-129f form but people were still using the old form. You probably looked at the info for the new form, but were using the old one.

The first RFE was because we didn't fill out the G325a forms.   Also, they wanted proof that we have been together and our intentions you get married.

Did you include the passport size pics with each G325a? Maybe a signature is missing?

If you think about it, another purpose is to learn how rude some people are.  As if someone is forcing them to read things

Well, the G325a is listed on the checklist for the old I-129, and fiance visa requires you have seen each other within the past 2 years.

So, RFE that could have been avoided

We filled back in Feb.   However, when we filled it didn't say to fill out that form or we would have.

I got the same exact reason for RFE and we also filed in Feb.

got an RFE June 2, responded June 16 and still waiting for updates on our petition. Haven't heard back.

AOS Timeline: Camie (Beneficiary)

Dec 08, 2017:               Married!
June 23, 2018:             Filed AOS (we waited until our savings reached above poverty guideline since we both moved here from the PH with basically nothing)

Aug 20, 2018:              Biometrics (I asked to reschedule but USCIS never sent a new date, so I did walk-in.)
Nov 5, 2018:                Received RFE for I-864 joint sponsor

So sorry to hear that!  Hope you hear something soon. I am currently working on getting evidence to send for our 2nd RFE.  It's a pain for all but I know it will be approved for all of us and we will all be so happy!  We just have to be patient!
