I received another email today saying that    Your Case Status: Card/ Document Production  On August 24, 2018, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number, and will mail it to the address

So my wife received her green card today. Unpleasant surprise: it's only good for 2 years, when it should be 10. Thanks USCIS! Just when we thought we'd have a break from USCIS BS...

October 23, '18: NOA2- approval

October 30, 18: 10-year GC received

12/29/2014 - Priority Date; receipt number starting with MSC

1/2/2015 - Fingerprint fee accepted

1/26/2015 - Case suspended - RFE sent out

2/3/2015 - Fingerprint done at Jamaica Center, Queens

2/11/2015 - RFE received - Case resumed

3/2/2015 - EAD ordered

3/13/2015- EAD card mailed out -- received it 3 days later

7/8/2015 - AOS interview ready to be scheduled for an interview

9/27/2015 - AOS Interview scheduled for Nov 3

11/3/2015 - AOS interview

12/11/2015 - APPROVED!!!

ROC (Vermont Service Center)

10/3/2017 - Sent out ROC package to VSC

10/6/2017 - Date on NOA (Received NOA on 10/16/2017)

Hi all,

I am new to this forum and I apologize in advance if this question has already been answered. I filed my I-751 in August of 2017 and I have been checking my status since. I have two receipt numbers: one that came with the notice of action (I-751 receipt notice - EACxxxxx) and two that came with the ASC appointment notice [EACxxxxxxxx(same as 751 notice#)-EACxxxxxxxxxx(CRI notice #)]. I have been checking the status of both and looking at different forums they say not to even bother looking at the I-751 notice number but today, that i-751 notice number states "On October 30, 2018, we approved your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number EACxxxxxxx. We will mail your approval notice etc.." while the CRI-89 still states "On August 16, 2017, we received your Form CRI-89, Petition to Remove Conditions of Permanent Resident Status Received, Receipt Number EACxxxxxxxxx, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. etc.." Can someone please tell me from their experience which one is more accurate/reliable?

I got another one of those lovely automated emails this morning, BUT the date they last took action has changed from 7/25/18 to 10/17/2018. Interestingly enough I didn't get the automated email that week  🤔

K-1

I-129F NOA1 => NOA2: 161 days

NOA2 => Interview: 64 days

AP: 33 days

Total: 258 days

AOS

I-485 NOA => GC: 333 days

No Interview

07/30/2017: Package Sent

08/01/2017: NOA
