Received a status update on my case this morning on the tracker that my case was scheduled for an interview. Ironically enough the new DHS website didn't update but the old tracker did.

09/24/2016 - I-129F Packet Submitted, 09/26/2016 - NOA1, 10/27/2016 - RFE Received

11/02/2016 - RFE Reply sent

11/09/2016 - NOA2

11/21/2016 - NVC Receives packet

12/12/2016 - Case left NVC for BKK Consulate

01/10/2017 - After travelling via the slowest route possible (likely via carrier pigeon) BKK Consulate receives packet

01/16/2017 - Packet 3 Instructions received 02/28/2017 - Packet 3 Instructions Completed

03/05/2017 - Packet 4 received (now the fun begins) --> 03/29/2017 - Interview disappears from the schedule on the embassy website -->03/30/2017 - She goes to her interview, is told they need to verify her documents since she is Vietnamese interviewing in Thailand, receives a 221G with 'Verification of Viet documents' as the reason. Gave back her passport.-->03/31/2017-04/04/2017 - Case is being continuously touched. We suspect that our case was approved at this point but they didn't have her passport. --> 04/10/2017 (10 days after interview) - Email emabssy to inquire about updates and if there was anything we could do to move things forward. (3h later) - She is told that she is approved and to expect her passport soon (how when they don't have it in their posession?) After clarification, instructed to send our passport to them. Ship out passport in a rush to beat Songkran (which failed) --> 04/11/2017 - Passport at embassy according to Thai Post Office --> 04/17/2017 - Emailed to confirm they received the passport. They issued an evasive answer about Songkran backlog (they love evasive non-committal answers)--> 04/24/2017  Evening - Case changes from Immigrant Visa to Non-Immigrant Visa and a new case created date is given --? 04/25/2017 morning  (less than 12h later) - Case flies through Ready -->Admin Processing --> Issued

04/26/2017 - Checks mail, passport is there. No mention of it being mailed out. 

05/02/2017 - Arrives in the USA, without Issue

06/17/2017 - Marriage!

7/01/17- Mailed AOS packet to Chicago

7/03/17- Packet received

07/07/17 - SMS and Email notification of NOA1 for AoS, EAD, and AP

07/13/17 - Received paper copies of NOA1 for AoS, EAD, and AP

07/21/17 - Received Biometrics Appointment Letter

08/02/17 - Biometrics Appointment Completed 

11/04/17 - EAD Approved - New Card Is Ready For Production

11/09/17 - AP Approved, EAD - Card Produced Awaiting Mailing, EAD - Card Has Been Mailed.

11/13/17 - EAD/AP Combo Card Received. 

11/05/2018 - Received SMS Notification that Interview Has Been Scheduled

11/10/2018 - Received Paper Interview Notice

12/11/2018 - Interview Date

10/27/16 - I-129F mailed to Lewisville, TX
11/01/16 - Delivered at Lewisville, TX
10/31/16 - NOA1 Text and Email. Case sent to CSC
11/04/16 - NOA1 Hard Copy Received
01/13/17- NOA2 Text and Email  **wohhoooo 76 days**
01/20/17 - NOA2 Hard Copy Received 
01/27/17 - Embassy Received. Case status set as Ready
02/07/17 - Medical ( Passed!!!!)
02/23/17 - Interview (APPPRRROOOOVVEEDDDDD)
02/24/17 - Visa Issued

02/28/2017 - Visa in Hand =)

04/03/2017 - Pick up our doggy passport for our fur child
04/06/2017 - Arrived in USA!!!

04/24/2017 - Applied for SSN

04/28/2017 - SSN arrived, got a state ID card and opened bank account

06/05/2017 - Passed the DMV test! Yey I can drive. 

06/09/2017- Our Wedding 

06/30/2017 - Submitted our AOS packet 

07/05/2017- Check got encashed and notification that they received our packet 

07/11/2017 - received a text and email for NOA1 

07/17/2017 - hard copy of NOA 1 received in the mail for (EAD, AP and AOS)

08/04/2017 - biometrics scheduled 

08/14/2017 - received update that they are ready to schedule the interview

I filled back in May but my timeline might help you. Case is being processed at NBC

06/16/17 Biometrics Appointment

No updates after that.

Hi! I remember you were from k1 November Filer and Im from December 😀.

 

Great you already got NOA1. I submitted AOS and it was signed and received on July 12. No updates till now. I'm expecting to received email or sms notification by next week. yey

Seeing lots of July filers having their package delivered later than 7/5 but already got all the update, also done lots of online research, I'm almost 100% sure my package has been rejected by Lockbox at Chicago...However I haven't got returned package to my mailbox either. 

 

The only thing I can think of that I did wrong, is that instead of writing one check for $1225 for I-485, I wrote 2 separate ones, $1140+$85. Although people told me that those 2 separate checks worked for them, I still am not confident that the person who reviewed my package liked it... 

 

I sent an email to LockboxSupport@uscis.dhs.gov and hopefully can hear back from them about what happened with my case... 

 

Fingers crossed. It's a real struggle daily to see nothing change on my bank account & quiet email/phone.

Hi I just received SMS and email notification from USCIS a minute ago but they haven't encashed the pay check yet.

 

Timeline

 

July 11 - AOS packet sent via Fedex 

July 12 - signed and delivered to USCIS

July 17 - case was received / SMS/e-mail notification received

I sent mine July 10th and got there July 12th, same as you, but I didn't receive anything yet! I'm jealous!!

We sent our packet on July 10th, it was signed for on July 13th. We just got our 3 emails and the check cashed last night. :)

01/31/17.... K1 Visa Approved

02/03/17.... K1 Visa Received in Hand

Turned out, USCIS accepted our applications despite missing documents (copies of divorce decrees) and sent text/email confimation. Though, for some strange reason, they sent all messages/emails to my daughter's phone/email address only. My daughter is K2 and we sent 2 petitions together, included g-1145 for both of us. 

06/30/2017 - AOS packet sent by USPS

07/04/2017 - delivered to Chicago lockbox

07/13/2017 - text/email notifications

07/14/2017 - checks cleared

 

Wating for NOA1 hard copy and preparing to apply for driver's license.

We got the SMS messages and emails stating our I-485, I-131 and I-765 form were accepted last night. I keep checking the USCIS website with our receipt numbers but they are saying the numbers are not found. Is there typically a delay in tracking the packages on the website?

01/31/17.... K1 Visa Approved

02/03/17.... K1 Visa Received in Hand

06/05/17....Arrived in the USA (LAX)

I received my SMS and email notification at around 9:30 PM and I checked my case status online at 8 AM the next day and they are all there. Although it said on the email that it's better to check the online case status after receiving the hard copy in the mail. No worries, it probably is just delayed.
