Our paper NOA1s came in the mail today. All 4 of them! Informed Delivery was great.

6/30 - Mailed Out (I-485, I-130, I-131, I-785)

7/3 - Received and Signed by JC & Priority Date

7/10 - Texts/Emails Received

7/11 - Checks cashed ($1225 and $535 for I-485 and I-130)

7/15 - NOA1s Received

My priority date was the date they received (7/3) and not the date they cashed checks or sent texts. Hope that helps relieve some anxiety.

Hope the biometrics notice will come soon! :)

Happy weekend all.

That is for sure an RFE type of issue, they seldom reject a packet outright. This is doubly true for a packet that is 95% complete.

It looks like you were right, they cashed our checks yesterday. No texts/emails were recieved, though. Hopefully, we'll get them early next week.

Does anyone have any idea as to how backlogged they are pertaining to the I-485 petitions? I know I-131 and I-765 are roughly 90ish days - but I can't seem to find any solid info on I-485.

Between 6 months and a year. Sometimes more, sometimes less.

it will depend on if youll have an interview or not, on the field office that's has jurisdiction over your case if you have an interview, if you won't be stuck in backgrounds checks... it's very hard to predict.

That's what I figured. I took a look on the waiting times for the Philadelphia Field Office, my local one, and it appears that one isn't too busy in comparison to a lot of them.
