That question is asking if they already have records showing vaccinations done.

No, its asking if they have records that are accepted in tbe us. I have records in brazil, as most of people around the world has, however the doctor during the doctor appointment, will ask for these records and give us a new one certificated by them and accepted in the us. Our records means nothing in the us without the one we will be given before the interview.

and thats why you gotta andwer yes

Good thing you didnt submit it yet :)

that was tbe info I got here in VJ. We all gonna have the records accepted in the us.

I think if you say "no" for that question you even have to give a explanation in a text box

My guess is that they will see this as visa fraud since you have never even met.  I would seriously try to meet ASAP.  At a minimum you will get an RFE asking for proof of meeting.  If you cant supply that they will most likely just hold the petition until it expires.  Proof of meeting is one of the requirements for the visa.  I do not believe they give a waiver unless it is due to religious reasons.

I hope this gets into her skull thanks anyway

Well, you can do some research about that if you want.

Again, since she'll have it, yes just makes more sense to me, but whatever makes you feel comfortable with :)

I honestly didn't look! I was waiting to board a flight to the US when I got the emailed and scheduled it in 2minutes!

So they consulate only takes Christmas and New Years off. Look at your consulates website and they'll have holiday closures on it.

I read your story and I do not think you can apply for a tourist visa during a k1 process. And if yes, chances of getting it and making it to the us would be very low. The best option for you now is asking her to come meet you as soon as possible, and then send this evidence when they ask for it (which will probably be pretty soon). If it's not an option for now, I would plan a trip for her whenever she can and refile after that.
