I’ve been observing these updates for a few weeks and I have a hunch or 2 which I’d love to debate.

1. I think all RFE’s are input on the USCIS system. I don’t think all approvals are.

2. VJers are reporting that when they call USCIS enquiring about their WAC case, they’re being told that they’re approved, BUT it doesn’t show on our scans ...and they’re not post-approval updated online either.. so what are tier 2 reps seeing that’s not replicated online?

Thoughts?

knowing the government, there are probably two separate systems -  one internal to USCIS and the other the online tracking - that each have to be manually updated. further, some case officers probably only update the internal one consistently since that's what reports to the higher-ups are based on.

My fiance had a call with a tier 2 officer again and they told him that we got an RFE on oct 14th but that it hasn't been generated yet...Not entirely sure what that means but if that were the case then not all RFEs are getting updated online.

Such BS. In the UK, there’s a law called Data Protection Act which, whilst it could work against us, it means we all have a right to know what info about us is stored, used etc

Not all RFEs are input in the USCIS system.  My case still says received May 4, but I just spoke to a Tier-2 officer and was told I was sent an RFE on October 12.  I still haven't received anything in the mail.

Good to know. I’ve not seen any RFEs reported on here that haven’t been included in @Shoegumor @Naes scans to date

(oops, I nearly did a typo and called them scams rather than scans!)

So we have examples of RFEs that haven’t been published... Interesting in terms of the published data...

Its all just a needle in a huge haystack ..

We just have to BELIEVE

@Travie   @Shoegum  @The Squirrel !!!!  Thank you all, I might be pre-happy, but I did what you suggested above @Travie and got to a Tier 2 officer and waited over an hour for them to call back and then spoke to the Tier 2 officer and told her the same thing and she stated we WERE APPROVED on 14 Oct and it was mailed to us on the 17th of OCT!!!  OMG!!!!!!!!  I'm so excited, I asked her twice and she said yes, HOWEVER I'm not telling my fiancé until I see it in the mail hopefully tomorrow (thanks @The Squirrel as per your crystal ball) or Saturday so when I tell her it is 100% accurate, but for now I'm extremely happy, but guarded until I get that piece of paper!!!  More to follow when this arrives!

OK, I told my fiancé tonight lol.  She was having such a bad day I had to tell her and she is elated!!  We will both rest a lot more once I get the letter in the mail. Stay positive y'all, it will happen whether it comes to us or we go ask for it.

When was your NOA2? I’ve been calling too but nothing yet :( October 6th (I mean I think that’s normal lol but I am more and more impatient every day)

Our noa2 was 10/10. Well that’s when we got notified. But the hard copy says 10/9.

Keep calling. It’ll be there soon. So close now. Good luck:)
