For the i-134 form - PG 3 - Part 3 Item 8B

 

When they are referring to mortgages or "other debts" are they referring to debts on the real estate property or are they referring to other debts such as credit card debt, car loans, etc?

Most likely pertaining to real estate property, i.e., foreclosures. Credit Card Debt and car loans are not a factor when it comes to financially supporting a dependent.

What if you live in a guest house at your parents property and pay literally nothing? How would I write that down?

If you don't own any real estate or personal property, then it does not apply to you. You would put N/A

May 5th here!! Can anyone tell me why there seems to be a preference for Philippine applicants? Praying this thing starts to move faster for some of us non-Philippine applicants. We want to see our spouses too
