09-27-13: Sent to Texas Lockbox

09-30-13: Recieved by USCIS - Confirmation sent by email

10-03-13: NOA1 from USCIS by email

10-15-13: NOA1 , hardcopy recieved

10-24-13: Alien registration nr was changed

11-12-13: NOA2 from USCIS by email

11-18-13: NOA2 , hardcopy recieved

12-04-13: Our case was shipped to NVC

12-10-13: NVC recieved

12-13-13: Got NVC case nr

12-18-13: Case sent to embassy

01-17-14: Medical exam.

01-23-14: Interview appt.

01-27-14: RFE sent

02-04-14: Approved

02-06-14: Recieved my visa

02-10-14: Poe FLL

04-18-14: Got married

Timeline for my AOS:

09-27-14: Sent to Chicago lockbox

10-03-14: Recieved by USCIS - Confirmation sent by email

10-21-14: Recieved an rfe by email

11-19-14: Rfe recieved by USCIS

02-18-15: Recieved a NPIW letter

07-23-15: Greencard is being produced

07-23-15: A welcome letter has been mailed<p>

07-27-15: Received the welcome letter

08-18-15 card was mailed to me

08-20-15 Received greencard in mail

Timeline for my EAD:

09-27-14: Sent to Chicago Lockbox

09-30-14: Recieved by USCIS - Confirmation sent by email

12-02-14: EAD approved

12-01-15: Biometrics appt.

12-01-15: Card in process and are being mailed

20-01-15: EAD card recieved in the mail

AOS i-130, i-485 & i-765 in New York (Queens field office)

12/29/2014 - Priority Date; receipt number starting with MSC

1/2/2015 - Fingerprint fee accepted

1/26/2015 - Case suspended - RFE sent out

2/3/2015 - Fingerprint done at Jamaica Center, Queens

2/11/2015 - RFE received - Case resumed

3/2/2015 - EAD ordered

3/13/2015- EAD card mailed out -- received it 3 days later

7/8/2015 - AOS interview ready to be scheduled for an interview

9/27/2015 - AOS Interview scheduled for Nov 3

11/3/2015 - AOS interview

12/11/2015 - APPROVED!!!

ROC (Vermont Service Center)

10/3/2017 - Sent out ROC package to VSC

10/6/2017 - Date on NOA (Received NOA on 10/16/2017)

11/6/2017 - Biometrics done

8/15/2018 - Extension letter for 18 months received

12/28/2018 - APPROVED! (No RFE, No Interview) 🤸‍♀️ 

1/7/2019 - GC delivered

N-400 (Queens field office)

1/22/2019 - N400 delivered to Dallas, TX.

1/25/2019 - Check cashed

2/12/2019 - Biometrics appt

8/26/2019 - Interview scheduled

10/3/2019 - Interview - APPROVED

Our cards were also mailed from 7 Product Way, Lees Summit, MO.  One card was left at our front door.  Another card was left in our mailbox.

Are any CSC transfers to TSC still waiting for their approvals? We were originally at CSC, and transferred to TSC on June 27th, but haven't heard anything else. It seems now like most everyone else has been approved from April. I really wouldn't expect us to get an RFE or anything, as we had very extensive documentation with the package we sent. But I'm just wondering why it's taking so long?

Applied for M-1 Extension in January 2014

Notified of denial of extension in April 2014

Applied for Reinstatement of M-1: 05/20/2014

Reinstatement Denied: 2/26/2015, due to pending immigrant application

Got Engaged: July 2014
Married: 11/22/2014

Adjustment of Status from M-1 Status to Permanent Resident:

AOS mailed by USPS Priority Post: 12/10/2014

AOS delivered: 12/15/2014
Email and Text Notifications: 12/19/2014
NOA1 received: 12/31/2014 (although may have been in mailbox a few days)

Submitted Case Inquiry for Missing Biometrics Appointment: 1/17/2015
Biometrics letter: 2/7/2015

Biometrics Appointment: 2/11/2015

I-765 Status: 2/18/2015 changed to Card in Production; 2/23/2015 changed to Card Has Been Mailed; Card not received

Submitted Case Inquiry for Missing EAD Card: 3/2/2015, supposed to get a response by 3/17/2015

EAD Card Received: 3/5/2015 (post office found it after a week)

I-485 Status: 2/19/2015 changed to Ready to Schedule Interview

Interview Scheduled: Case Status updated on 3/20/2015, received Interview Notice on 3/23/2015.

Interview: 4/23/2015.

APPROVED!!!! 4/23/2015. Green Card in production.

Greencard Received: 5/1/2015

 

I-751 Removal of Conditions: sent 4/3/2017, delivered 4/5/2017

Did you apply for Citizenship or deliberately avoided it to not delay your GC?

Congratulations! I got approved back in April 2018. Did get an RFE in March. Never received my GC so had to file for the I-90 and it got approved yesterday, after 4 more months of waiting. So hopefully I get my card very soon.

Guess what! I also got my i90 approved and just came home from traveling abroad to the green card in the mail. FINALLY!

Aug 19, 2014 - Biometrics appointment for AOS & EAD

Sept 29, 2014 - EAD/AP combo card received in mail.

Mid-Nov - Potential Waiver of Interview letter received

End of May 2015 - renewed my EAD/AP, got the NOA1 and another letter stating that I don't need to do biometrics appt.

June 11, 2015 - welcome to America letter! (no interview...no service request..)

June 16, 2015 - green card in hand
