Thank you very much for the help, I will get everything you list then send to them . we do have all of you list above but credit cards, my husband doesnt want to

use it . and we went to Hot Spring for trip at the end of July and i can find some receipt and pics for them . others we didnt keep any receipt any more.

Up to you guys of course But the uscis likes seeing proof of your finances together more than anything else I believe. You don’t have to send in your credit cards or the account numbers. You can black all of that out leaving the last four digits showing. If that’s what he’s concerned about.

But if he doesn’t want to use it. That’s fine. I would send in as much of the rest as I could.

You can try to send them the most recent bills with your name, try to make it with range same as the last  6 months Bills. You can also send them the last lease If you buy for her something special at her birthday If you still have the receipt.  If you both have a mortgage or car loan together. Airline tickets and hotel reservations it all good also.

I was officially out of normal processing time as of yesterday. However, I tried to submit an inquiry today, egov website was saying inquiry may not be created because my case is still within normal processing time.

I have a suspicion now:

On myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov site, my case status was updated 5 times. They are all "case received", last updated was Feb 28 2018! I'm afraid that USCIS's system is treating my case as filed in Feb 2018!!! And that could explain why I cannot submit an inquiry and why nothing updated in my account and I never receive anything regarding the 18 month extension!!

I'm going to call and complain on Monday first thing in the morning!

I also got a "case received", last updated was Feb 26, 2018 like yours, and I just received the 18-month extension letter this Tuesday. However, I am a CSC filer and it looks like you're VSC.
