Well here we go ya'll ... I see the RFE will be delivered today in informed delivery ... I think this justifies a vacation day  ...  no tomorrow .., tomorrow a day for running

Eh .. mail doesn't deliver until like 16:00 here, so I'll see what it is this evening and maybe have to take some time tomorrow to get this thing shuffled back to them. I wish we had early morning delivery ... I would already be home  I will let you all know what the deal is

Me too! I think it will ... if not, we will get it done as soon as possible. I am leaving for Russia next Wednesday ... I just hope to have it in by then

I love steel bands and have been wanting to make it to POS to see the Finals.  I'd be happy to go to Semi FInals lol   Have you ever gone to this?   Wondering if it is as good as I think it would be  

Ive never went to Panorama but its a big all day thing and Island sun is no joke lol. My daughter's dad,and one of my friends is a pannist and I've went to their practices a couple times and it sounds amazingggg. Even for Carnival when they parade through the crowds their music is sweet. So yes you would enjoy the show a alot

Lol, sorry. I'm very much in a state of anxiety and impatience lately, so that showed off. If it was up to me, everything would move at lightning speed

Oh no worries, I've been wound up tighter than #######'s Hat Band myself ... this here process just has that effect on us all at some point or another .. geez .. I am just glad we're almost there

Hi I am new here and is also an April filer, our case was recieved last April 10, 2017 and since then, we haven't received any updates. When was your case applied? I've read from the thread here that some April filers have already been approved, although it is stated in the USCIS that they are processing February 1, 2017.

If it helps anyone to know, my case has FINALLY been approved. on day 148. My USC fiance called in on the 31st and after hearing the same lines again from tier 1, he demanded to speak to tier 2 (apparently you have to say the words 'I demand to speak to tier 2' as though its a secret password or something). After speaking to tier 2, he was informed that we had been listed as approved on their systems as of an hour ago. The next day the online tracker shows as approved on 1st Sept.

 

There are no words for how relieved we both feel that our petition hadn't somehow gotten lost down the back of a bookshelf somewhere! 

 

Congratulations to everyone else who has received their NOA2 and Good luck to everyone still waiting.

 

Any advice on what the next step is now?

Hi  Welcome to the Aprilites family.

We've seen approvals for petitions received up to the third week of April... I recall right now some around the 18th. But we also still see approvals for earlier dates in the month, so do not despair.
