Melodica, keep in mind if you look at the processing times on this site, the NOA2 times have been increasing drastically in recent months. Now its AVERAGING 150 days, which means it varies more or less. Seems to me April 11 is right in the normal processing times if you realize things are slowing down in September.

Try to forget about it, go do something and have fun. Get busy with something else. Worrying wont' change anything, so why put yourself thru the agony? :D

Go out and have fun. NOW !! Get off the computer and go to the mall or something.

Sorry to keep posting negativity but I broke down yesterday. Waiting for NOA2 is still driving me insane and I can't cope. No RFE request - no action since April 11 (NOA1). I dont know what to do. My fiance doesn't want to call them - last time (and only time) we got a NOA2 they called and told us to wait for the 6 month mark. He wants to just wait for that, because they'll have a note on our case that we were pestering and he doesn't want to give them any reason to deny but I literally cannot cope can someone help me out?

I know the feeling... it's absolute hopelessness as you watch everyone zoom by.  I would suggest calling again and just being nice as pie. We called 3 times between now and NOA1. I got a Tier 2 each time without any issues (I had to wait for a call back but they transferred me willingly each time). Once you get the Tier 2, I always used the line about how the tracker isn't working and you haven't received any status updates on your case. Ironically, twice when I called our case had been updated and we hadn't received any notice so it's a true statement. They asked several questions and then told me where we stood. They couldn't give me any info beyond that though. For instance, we got an rfe and he told me that I had an rfe coming but couldn't tell me when it was going to be sent. It was about 2 weeks later). I would suggest calling one more time.. good luck!!

@Melodica256 I am going to second what @spike198 is saying here. I called them and talked to tier 2 twice already. The first time they didn't have anything. The second time I had questions and they told me an RFE had been flagged 10 days earlier but not mailed yet. The status changed and it mailed out that same exact day. Sometimes it seems like things get frozen or messed up there. Just be calm and polite but firm about talking to tier 2 and they will be helpful. But seriously a single talk to tier 2 is not excessive especially with how long you have waited. I am planning on calling on Friday again to see if the RFE is finished yet or not. Though I will admit I was jealous as all get out of the April poster who was already completely finished with Visa in 160 days or something.

I just did a random search on the iPhone case tracker app and it appears that a lot of RFEs have been issued today for those who had an April 28 received date. Bad news that they got an RFE, great news that they’ve been touched

Wow!!! I really think you can call anyone you want at anytime now. That seems too long based on the cases being approved now. Please pester, take charge, don't be afraid...if you take some control, you might feel a little better. I am so sorry and wish I could help. I know it is easier said than done, but I think you have a good case to raise some heck!

Hi all

I need to send incomes or any things show how much I make with the I-129F form?

Nope. You'll need that as supporting documents for the i134, Affidavit of Support, at the Embassy's stage :)

Quick question: Sam is filling out the DS-160 and a question came up I'm not sure how to address.

"Do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with US law?"

He has his vaccination records, but some things (including Varicella which isn't available in the UK) he's missing that he would need to get at the medical. I'm thinking the answer then would be no? Any idea how to approach this?

Met on 15th of October, 2014 - started dating soon after

Became separated by the Atlantic Ocean on the 11th of July, 2015

Lots of Skype, visits, and love later...

I think I send all what they ask for it so I was try to see why i get RFE

They've been quite persistently asking for more proof of relationship lately (passport stamps, flight tickets...). Letters of intent to marry for the both of you is quite popular too, along with boxes unchecked.

Hopefully you'll get the hardcopy next week, or even by the end of this one, to know and it will be an easy fix.

I said yes, because I had my vaccination records too, even if those didn't show I was immune to varicella. However, my line of thinking was I would have the DS3025 for the time of the interview anyway, so I would have that documentation for when it was relevant (interview and POE).
