Hello! Congratulations on your NOA2! I am Belarusian though i moved to live in Ukraine. I thought there was an option for Belarusians to turn to the US embassy in Kiev, Ukraine. There's no need in visa in this case.

Here's the link to the polish embassy in Minsk http://www.minsk.msz.gov.pl/be/consular_information/visas/rodzaje/

the visa costs around 60 euros but you need to act fast - there may be a huge line of applicants there - that's one of the most popular embassies for Belarusians to receive their Schengens.

Good luck!!!

Thank you for the link! Yes, it would make since for the interview to be in Kiev. I have included the link that says that Belarus citizens have their interview in Warsaw.

For info I just called NVC to check status and whether they received my case, but nothing yet. The guy who answers ("Trace") is a nice guy. Seems like he's the one who always answers when I call. This makes 13 calendar days since NOA2 approval, and 11 since NOA2 hardcopy received.

Oh, and they answered fairly quickly like always when I call, only a few minutes wait.

So i don't know who here has called USCIS but i just did and asked about my petition that i filed on April 24th and the NOA1 was dated April 27th. They told me the California Center where my app is was processing March 1st filers and it would be a month or more before they got to me.

That is their standard canned answer.  Of course we all know that they are working on April cases.  I really am hoping that this is our (Aprilites) week for approvals.  I'm so happy for all the previous approvals, but TBH, I'm also a little jealous.  Nothing we can really do but wait it out.

Keep heart, brother. I know that sounds easy to say for someone who is past that hump but I know exactly where you're coming from. You're right in the same date range as me and have been here since early in the process so it's easy to feel left behind. I know because I was feeling it too. I had to abstain from the forums over several weeks because it wasn't helping my desperation. But this too shall pass. I'm following you so I know when it happens. I can't wait for yours to be the next case headed for NVC!

Just checking in to say im still here!

Its really nice to see April filers being cleared up. I hope everyone is getting excited to be with their fiance's. For those still waiting, I really hope good news comes for you all this week.

Thursday is my medical exam. I'm nervous to be travelling to the big city (London) lol. But excited to get it over with. @Estibaliz I notice your interview is the same day! Good luck girl!

Also, good luck with your medical @JessnTrev (if i'm not too late). I'd love to hear how it goes to put my mind at ease! Keep us updated (if you have time).

Excited to watch everyone's journey continue :star:

Nice to hear news from you :) I was missing you around!

Thanks for the good luck and I sure know how you feel, since I was in that same position just one week ago. It feels good to be done with that part :) It also helped to feel a bit more confident for Thursday, at least regarding the 'travelling to the big city' part, because the Embassy is in the same area, so hoping everything goes smoothly like last time...

What time is your medical exam? My interview is at 11:30 (your 10:30) 😊
