Yes but we already know that there are 13 Million illegal immigrants stuffing the ballot box  so that brings us down to 207

Totally agree with this as well. If people are allowed to buy across state lines then poof the cost goes way down right there.

  There are 220m eligible voters. Earlier you tried to say 300 million by including people not eligible to vote.  

 

   A voter by definition is a person who voted in an election. There were 131,313,820 voters in the 2008 election. Obama received 69.5 million of those votes. The math is quite simple.
