Nope. He told me I would get within 3 weeks but still nothing. I know another girl who didn't get online updates but did receive her card. Probably because of the holidays it will take a little longer.

Do update me when you recieve it. And you are right my online status still shows fingerprint fee recieved.

Just recieved I130 approval!!

We mailed in I485 rfe response and will get there Tuesday.  The clinic that did her med exam forgot 1 checkbox so we sent a new sealed one that the clinic gave us (corrected).  We also missed entering NONE on page 3 and q11 in page 4 (dumb mistakes).

I am cautiously happy. I hope we get approval in a few days :)

Quick question guys! I just got my AOS interview notice; scheduled for January 2018 and i am confused. My initial medical examination was done in October 2016 prior to moving the states, and i had a vaccination supplement done in March 2017, which was sent along with my AOS application. Do i need to do a new medical examination and vaccination supplement again?

No. What makes you think you have to do it again? In the letter it says i"f not already submitted". You've already submitted it.  To me it seemed very clear. Good luck on your interview!

I read in a couple of places that your medical examination is only valid for a year, just not sure how accurate that is. Thank you.

You're welcome! If they need it they will let you know. I think you need to submit it within the year. Mine was also over a year ago when I did my interview, they didn't say anything about it. I've noticed that sometimes you get conflicted information here. Always go with what the USCIS tells you personally. Every case is different. Whatever they need from you from your case they will let you know.

Hi all,

i sent an SR to inquire on my status but i did not get any reply, so i decided to schedule an infopass.

So today, i went to Boston USCIS and the officer told me that the NVC forwarded my I-485 application to Boston office last Dec. 18 which is a very good news, that officer said our application is in queue for interview.

Greetings to all my friends. I just received my interview letter. No update on the USCIS portal just a letter from 12/19/2017. Took 7 days for it to get to me. The interview is scheduled for 01/24/2018 which would make it 303 days from my initial day of filing. The only thing that makes me worry is that my interview letter states "appear for initial interview"! What does it mean would there be more than once? hence initial?

Good luck to all.

I wouldn't worry - maybe other people here can confirm that all letters say that. There is always the possibility of the 2nd interview where they separate the couple so I think they have to make that clear in a way. If all your paperwork is aligned, you will be fine. Good luck! Keep us posted.

Processing times were updated.

For Orlando, Florida it shows that as of 10/31/2017 they are working on 04/01/2017 for I-485 . grrrrrr

I have noticed more people getting an interview but not enough - they should be way past march filers by now. that was two months ago.
