Scan date: 12/6

In 12 weeks. Nothing yet.

My scan date was 12/2 and I got my CC 2/21 so I suppose your is anytime soon.

Did you request supervisor review and if so do you know if it's at the review department?  I requested to be sent on Supervisor review on Jan 14th (called close to mid-night on 13th since 14th day after 6 weeks and was a Saturday).  I called the following week and was informed my file was sent to the review department on 01/18. Per NVC, he review department does review on first come first serve.

What's the progress of your case at NVC?

Paid both fees and just completed ds 261. Mailed all documents yesterday with FedEx and it arrived almost at the same time I finished the 261. Now, start waiting, yet again.

It took me 5 weeks less 1 day to get CC after file was sent to review department. If I use my timeline, you should get your file reviewed (hopefully CC) no later than March 7 hopefully sooner.

Just got off the phone with another representative (A very rude one) who told me that out of all our documents they only have record of three in their email system, the rest have apparently been lost. We submitted our documents twice on December 20th... It took this long for them to tell us that they have lost our emails and don't know where they are... We still have yet to get a hold of a supervisor, we are putting in a new request for a call back everyday, hoping to reach one soon! What a journey this has been!

Interview date: April 19th, 2017

Oh, no. What mistake did you make?

Did you get RFE? Even if you did, the clock won't reset to 0. The processing will start where it left off.

I put my husbands name on the sponsor instead of my name. I feel so dumb why I didn't notice it when I was reviewing it. I reviewed it hundred times before I sent it to Nvc. And yes, I received a checklist/rfe through email.

These things happen sometimes in confusion and hurry. Don't worry. Just send the form again and the processing will start where it left off. How long after you submitted docs, did you receive checklist?

NVC is working on early December cases as evidenced by recent CCs. So I would guess you might not have to wait long.

Good luck.

I made a mistake on  affidavit of support I-864A. ?

Another 8 looonggg weeks of waiting again.. ?

We got the same :(

Apparently left the name out on the name bit (which im sure we didn't ?)

Our 1st scan date was 25th Nov

Checklist was January 20th for the incomplete 1-864A and was told this over phone rather than receiving an email! Got the email 5 days later so we sent the document again on the morning of 21st.

Resent the missing documents and new scan date is 25th Jan.

So with the new 8 week wait it takes us to March 22nd, God willing it's done before that!

Just a question to all, thankfully we are receiving alot of cc for December time! (Yay for everyone.. genuinely happy others cases are movng along!) But does that mean we have to wait until they have been through all January cases until they can get to our resent 1-184, to have case complete?

So for asking questions.. i worry alot!!

We received a checklist yesterday through email. I called NVC to check, the rep told me our case is complete and nothing is wrong.

Congratulations on your CC :)

Hi there! @Mc and R.kid @Nutella

I believe when it comes to RFE's/Checklists, that they say that the review can take up to 8 weeks... but from what I've seen from other members here, that it does not usually take that duration of time considering your case was already being reviewed. Just like @Tanishsaid, they usually pick up where they left on on your case. God Willing both of you will get CC soon. Best wishes to you all. :)

My scan date is Dec/29... so I'm still a bit away from CC. I am hoping in about two weeks though. ^_^
