1. So now NBC will make the decision or they still need to send my case to Arizona?

2. Receipt date says December 21st but notice date is feb 13th, which one is ny priority date?

3.how long is from here to get my interview?

Sorry to many questions but i cant wait to move on with my life and have not gotten my EAD yet so kind of frustrated seeing other cases moving so quick

Well I found this site -- I am new here.  So that is a bonus. I just filed my I360, I485, I765 (fee waiver too).  Package tracking says it was received yesterday at 1pm.  3 inches thick of paper has never made me feel so anxious.  I had no lawyer and now I am sitting in fear that I have done something wrong.  That my affidavit somehow wasn't clear enough or didn't perfectly agree with other documents.  It was the best I could do.  I have been praying like crazy.

I couldn't stop crying putting together the documents, I was almost lost the plot.  How will I ever make it through any kind of interview?

If you just submitted your application, the interview is far, far away. You will have time to put yourself together before then. I know it's hard now but time heals the wounds. Also, someone correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think they are supposed to ask any abuse related questions at the AOS interview?

Same timeline like you, I filed mine concurrently all by myself and it was received today at 12pm, just hoping and praying that all goes well for everyone. Our help is in the name of the Lord.

Pinklion your friend doesn't  qualify for VAWA,she is not married to him.

She is not a prisoner because she can take the child outside of the house. I don't care the  neighbor goes together once she start screaming HELP HELP the neighbor will vanish. You said " in case" she needs to runaway....in case? She has enough reason to leave this scumbag,  why is she still  living with this #######?.If she has a cellphone she can call 911 and tell that she fears for her life the cops will get to the house and she can ask them to take her to the a shelter for victims of domestic violence, psychological  abuse is considered domestic violence as well.

Hi Everyone, I'm a semi-new member (had membership, didn't really log in). I filed VAWA and AOS last September and here is my timeline so far:

25 July 2016: Submitted EAD renewal application

2   Aug 2106: Filed for divorce

16 Aug 2016: Abusive spouse withdrew petition, email notifications.

23 Aug 2016: Decision  Notice in mail, with option to appeal or leave country.

14 Sep 2106: Mailed I360, I485, I765

19 Sep 2016: Receipt notice- I360 fee waived

23 Sep 2016: Receipt in mail, along with     original documents for I485, I765 (insufficient fees). I thought the single I912 was good for all the applications.

27 Sep 2016: Prima Facie letter

15 Oct 2016: EAD expired, last day at work :(

20 Oct 2016: Decision notice - declined EAD (filed before divorce).

19 Jan 2017: resubmitted I485, I765, I131, with new medical results and respective fee waiver forms.

23 Jan 2017: Fees waived on all applications (saw this after I received physical notice with receipt numbers)

02 Feb 2017: Receipt notices in mail.

I have filed all applications pre-divorce and post-divorce by myself. To date, I've never received an RFE. I have made a mistake with the I912s.

I will update whenever I receive something else.

I hope my timeline helps someone, as much as the information I've researched online, as helped me.

Xoxo, Jay

Hello all, so I have a bit of an update and some confusion as well. I received my approval notice today finally and I am so thankful. My timeline so far:

January 5 - Filed I-360

January 9 - File received by Vermont

February 17 - I received Receipt Notice

Now I need help here. I opened a P.O. Box and used it as my safe address. I have been checking that box excessively. However, the receipt was mailed to my home address where I lived with my husband. I have since moved into a shelter and my husband is now out of jail and is living in that home. The only reason I got that mail was because my sister-in-law (his sister) lives in that house too and she gave me the mail. If my husband had seen something from USCIS he would have never given it to me. So, how come USCIS did not use my safe address? And what do I do now? I don't want them to keep sending stuff to the house because next time I may not be so lucky.

Also, I initially filed just I-360. Since it seems it may take a while to get adjudicated, I want to file the I-485 and I-765. Can I do that and get the work permit before approval of the I-360? Or did I give up that option when I didn't file all of them together at once?

Thank you all for your stories, your advice, encouragement and support.
