Next should be Biometrics appointment or interview if biometrics was done. What is your RFE for I-765 about? Usually there is no RFE for I-765. Thanks,

I already had biometrics and the rfe was for id. I was wondering what happens after case is sent to another office, do they still need to send it to local office then interview?

Thanks for sharing. I filed in May and up to now after one RFE, I haven't had any updates. I'm running out of patience and feel so stressful.

In Seattle, Federal immigration agents arrest a DACA-eligible 'Dreamer'.  My fear is that, although i have filed on January 5, 2017 and without a notice of receipt, immigration can just take away people like me.  I don't know if I'm the only one who thinks like this.

Cameron3 you CANNOT work without EAD after filing  VAWA, this is a good reason  for you to have your  AOS  denied.

VERMONT  does not adjudicate  inadmissibility, that being said you  can have the VAWA perition approved but  you can have your AOS denied.

That is a sad news.  If I have a child that I need to support and never received child support, is anyone here been in this situation?

Well financial hardship is grounds to request expedited processing of your EAD/EAD renewal I hope you receive it soon
