I have a question. For those who have been waiting their NOA2 over 120 days, will making a phone call work? Or all we can do is waiting?

I spoke to my lawyer over the weekend about it and he told us to not do so now, that there is no point because USCIS is still within their "normal" processing time.

I see. Thank you. That's what I am thinking about. Waiting is pretty frustrating though. Did the transfer make any difference? I saw your case was also transferred from Texas to California.

Look at the date you were in the system.. you can judge where you are by some by those around you. We say "Approved"  (Which really means  Touched or your in RFE status, but moving along. Etc.)

If it is clear most are being looked at around you say 2-3 weeks after yours, by all means call.

It's the waiting game that kills couples! Especially for the women. (And double that, if they are Pinay hahahaha  It's part of the culture!)

FYI, use the Not the NOTICE date for your NOA1 and not the "received date" which is confusing, for the # of days out...

For the VJ spreadsheets it will be the Received Date to see those around you based on your WAC #.

Ours is supposed to be April 7-12 so about now!   And yes, she is a nervous wreck.  I am trying to stay strong.

Wow, I really wish I had found this thread earlier. I am a December 22 filer with an NOA1 date of January 3rd. We have been waiting for 110 days. I wish I could have gotten to know everyone on here in the past three months, as it has been a stressful wait. Just didn't know this thread was here.

So, hi, everybody who is still waiting. Congratulations to those who have been approved, and I'm sorry and hoping good things for those of us whose cases haven't been touched yet. Thank you so much to everyone who has worked to bring information here for the rest of us. I've been reading and reading now that I've found this here and it's really good to have some extra info to help during this hard wait.

Wow, out of the original 400+ cases received on December 19th, ours is one of the 53 remaining. :P

Thanks so much for these daily updates. I hope USCIS stays on a roll this week!
