Hello,

Sent in i130+i485+i765+i131 packets for both parents.

Its amazing how much smaller the packets were than my own packet from spouse.

2006 - Entered US on F-1
2009 - COS to H-1
2011 - Married USC

Conditional GC Process:
04/2012 - Concurrent I-130 petition / I-485 AOS / I-765 EAD / I-131 AP sent
35 days to biometrics, 73 days to EAD/AP combo card, 85 days to interview, 96 days to Conditional Green Card

04/2014 - Eligible for ROC

06/2014 - I-751 package filing joint with spouse sent

5 days to extension,37 days to biometrics, 172 days to CSC transfer, 247 days to Green Card

04/2015 - Eligible for Citizenship

09/2015 - N-400 package filing on basis of USC spouse sent

29 days to biometrics, 105 days to interview, 147 days to oath and US citizenship

~ 9 years and 6 months from first entry to US citizenship

Hello November filers! So our 485 status just changed to "New Card Is Being Produced"  Our local office is Washington DC but we had no interview We are adjusting from K1 visa.

Also, most of us did a lot of research in early stages and people have less questions now for the AoS.

To all who are waiting two weeks for their NOA: did you use a personal check or a money order/cashier's check? My theory is that using the latter makes the funds more quickly available, rather than waiting for them to clear out of your personal account. Our package was delivered on the 10th, so I am hoping for a response prior to Thanksgiving.

4-6-2016: I129F Sent

4-13-2016: NOA1

7-1-2016: NOA2

7-26-2016: NVC Received, Case number assigned

7-31-2016: Consulate received, status ready

8-11-2016: Medical

9-1-2016: Consulate Interview

11-10-2016: AOS package received

Whether a money order or personal check it doesn't make a difference! It all depends on who is dealing with your case and how soon they process it....

I guess I'm part of the November filers as well as we sent our packet (me and 5 kids) on Oct 31 but USCIS received it November 4th and I just got text and email notification past midnight today (12:26AM-12:32AM for total 18 text and emails on all 3 application for 6 applicants), I noticed that its exactly 2 weeks since they received our packet.

I don't think it has something to do with that as we use Cashier's check so there is a guaranteed funds available but still took us 2 weeks for NOA :)

I'm certain it has nothing to do with that. I used money order and it took 2 weeks. I'm now waiting to get my biometrics done on Tuesday

same here. We sent ours out late October and they received 11/02. We got our NOA1 11/16, exactly 2 weeks after they received.
