After long 69 days of AP my visa issued today.

The old friends who were here those days all are now in USA already.

Here are the questions CO asked my wife on Tuesday:

How did you meet your husband?

where did you met him?

What was he doing at your friend's house?

When did you all started dating?

How did he proposed? He proposed through the phone. CO Smiled/Laughing

Why didn't your husband's his adoptive family didn't come for your wedding? Due to dad's health issues, so my family in Ghana represented them.

Who is your co-sponsor? His sister and brother-in-law

What does your husband do?

What are his roles at work?

What does he do on his free time? He called me whenever he is free. and if I am busy, he sleeps or go shopping.

CO, what does he likes to buy? Husband likes electronics. CO smiled and said he too loved electronics.

CO wants sister's original Household Member Support Form I-864A form and sister's IRS Tax Transcript or tax return AND W-2

before he can issue her the visa. CO kept wifey medicals, police certificate and passport pictures. CO wants wifey to drop the above documents and her passport at the GSS Distribution Center, DHL Ghana Limited.

Interview took less then 20 minutes and wifey said CO was very friendly

The lady who collects the documents told my wife that our documents were well organized. Please, if you have chat log or any communication logs from the beginning of your relationship, make sure you frontload them. Either at USCIS or NVC. The beginning is the key. Also make sure that your interview practicing questions comes from your love story you sent to USCIS. Also, please Ghanaian members help each other out. This journey has brought us together as a family.

Well you won't get in the US without your Visa packet also have marriage certificate handy. Other than that and your passport what you bring is up to you.

Was there something specific you were asking for. I put it to you like this you are immigrating to a new country and may not be back in Nigeria for years if ever. What would you like to being in your 2 suitcase limit and 2 carry on's.

I got my interview letter on July 14th and my status changed to 'In Transit' on July 25th.

NVC Interview date: August 1

Requested Islamabad Embassy for earlier date and appeared for interview today

Reached Diplomatic Shuttle car parking at 6:55AM

Paid PKR 20 for Car parking

Ticket for Shuttle service PKR 200

Mobiles deposited at counter 1 and received receipt.

Shuttle left at 7:15 reached USA Embassy at 7:40

Received token and asked to wait at counter 11

Token Number called for finger print and photos collection at 9:00AM

Again called for Medical and Passport collection and also to update my Passport delivery city and mobile number and choice of language for interview (I was not asked for any additional documents) I think If your Medical envelop has green mark on any corner it means every thing is ok.I did my medical form Aziz Clinic Isb.

Again called for visa Interview at 10:25AM following are the questions asked

Do you swear that all information is true.

Since when your wife is in USA

What she is doing there

Who sponsored her

Which countries you have visited

Did you visited India

What is your job

Show me Photographs

He recorded all my answers in computer. at the end I told him about a small mistake in DS-260 (Birth place difference) He said that is okay.

He informed me: Your visa is approved and you will get back passport in 7 working days.

I Thanked him, he returned my original docs and left the counter to place my file in approved basket.

I left the counter, shuttle was waiting outside, reached at car parking around 10:45.

Checked my visa status at CEAC tracker it is showing ISSUED.

We need and my brother in law only filled out Form I-864 and I also filled out form I-864. My brother in law and sister file their taxes joint. My sister doesn't work. She hasn't worked since 1992. The CO wants Family Household Support Form I-864A form from my sister and her 2015 Tax Transcript or W-2. So my sister write a letter stating that she and my brother in law's income are the same. They don't file their taxes till October because of their business. So the added their tax extension letter. I mailed the documents to my wife Tuesday and it will be Ghana this Friday. My wife wouldn't be able to get it until Monday. Because we are from northern Ghana. NVC didn't tell us we need to get that from my sister. But God is good. At least we are not denied.

Can i edit my i-864 and i-864a by black pen? I tried to print them ao many times but few things never showed up on pages?? I got a check list and need to bring those forms with me.
