Got my CC on 29th December can't wait to get an interview date.... I'm soo ready for my interview

I am also waiting. I thought for sure we would have them this week. I don't see any interviews scheduled in January except for some expedites. I wonder what the delay is.

Interview scheduling across the bard for February has been slow coming. So not sure if the embassies have just been slow because the holidays sending in their slots. We shall see what this next week brings.

Hi guys We finally got our interview date for Feb 16th after around 6 months of waiting . I have one questions What is the most recent tax year now ? is it 2014 ? since it took so long for us , all we gave them was the 2014 2013 2012 tax return , Since our interview is on Feb 16th ? Do I need to get 2015 tax return ? or not ?

Yes 2014 is most recent. 2015 is not due until April 15th. Some people file early an will be taking updated I-864 to interview some don;t need to. Your choice.

I finally have gotten a case complete!! I'm so relived. I'm so ready for my husbands interview. (Being 12 weeks pregnant can make you feel a little crazy!!!) so I know that interviews scheduled depends on the embassy, but my husband was explaining how they process certain work visas by the end of the month in February. Is anyone familiar with this? And is a CR1 visa a priority over a work visa? Does this affect the interview scheduling?

It's been six days since my CC, I confirmed it through the phone with NVC.

But I didnt get an e-mail regarding my CC or my interview schedule.Is it ok if I dont get a CC email confirmation ?

And if is not how long does it take to actually recieve that e-mail?

I received mine in 7 days and some say they never recieved one

Following this thread. Our attorney just submitted our DS-260, so I guess now we wait to hear from them on any missing items or a "case complete?"

Looking forward to sharing updates on our journey and hearing about all of yours!

So when did your lawyer send in your AOS and IV package? Your timeline isn't up to date.
