What's up with the VSC? What's the hold up? I decided to "forget" about it so that time would fly. Well it flew...here we are mid summer. I thought we would have an answer by now. <_<

I-130 mailed: 6/11/12

NOA1: 6/14/12

Touched: 6/19/12

and so we wait

October VSC Filers, you can look at VJ Member Timelines here: http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/liftlist.php?cfl=0&op1=4&op2=d&op4=1&op5=&op6=Vermont%20Service%20Center, If you filter by VSC and sort by most recent approval there is an entry for a VJ member who has a NOA of 9/30/2015 and was approved on 7/26/2016. So October Filers should be up next very soon. All the best of luck

Your question seems to be confusing

Howevere is the main thing to keep in consideration to apply for citizenship.

Scenario 1 - You became GC holder through marriage to US citizen - If yes, you are eligble to apply 90 days before the 3 year completion of you BECOMING A GC HOLDER (entering us as GC) provided you are still married to the same US citizen and the marriage is in good faith.

Scenario 2 - You became GC holder though other cases (employment etc) - If yes, you are eligible to apply 90 days before the 5 year completion of you BECOMING A GC HOLDER.

Hope that helps
