Got RFE letter sent from my lawyer yesterday , its kind of funny coz they ask for divorce decree or annulment and more eveidence although this supposed to be all sent by my lawer who got over 3000 $ , they also asking for more documents that shows both of our names and why we don have lease and bills with both names ? What should i send about that she had the house years before i come and refused to put my name on bills and also refused to move away from her mother who is next door , another thing - they didnt ask for - is affidavits from ppl knew us as married i only knew her family and friends and i don think they will give me affidavits and i don want to ask her for anything what should i do ? And how bad getting RFE? Is this a bad thing done by my lawer as she didnt put an intact case with evidence i gave ? Our marriage was about 2 y and few months of were in usa . I work offshore and go home once amonth these days . Plz waiting for your advice

Got another text message from USCIS today. Website says my wife's green card was mailed out today. Timing seems consistent with others' experiences, for what it's worth.

Continued well wishes to everyone going through this process. Anytime now for the remaining October filers...stay strong!

Boom... Today I checked by chance and I got this message "On May 5, 2016, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number WACXXXXXXXXXX, and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address."

Finally my journey came to an end, weird I didn't get any email or SMS but that's ok, it doesn't matter anymore. Thanks guys and wish y'all good luck.

I received a RFE in the mail on May 5 stating I need more evidence to show the marriage was entered in good faith. They did provide a suggestive list of things I can include, only problem is everything on the list I did submit. Anyhow, I'll see what else I can find. Just wanted to keep you guys updated.

Are we the only ones who got a NOA dates Oct 1st and have not yet received any notice other than "your case was received"? I have called multiple times and even sent a service request and nothing... So frustrating!
