Hi everyone! I'm new here. I sent mine October 23 to VSC. I haven't heard anything yet but I saw something odd, I just moved and when I sent the paperwork for change of address I got a latter in the mail saying they were going to send the info to where my case was assigned and it said CSC. Is it possible their transfer cases from VSC to CSC? I just checked the CSC and it says updated June 14 that they were looking at cases from Oct 15. I'm nervous I want to hear something lol

Welcome to VJ!

Most times USCIS transfers cases to the service center that has Jurisdiction over your geographical location, they also transfer certain cases to other service centers for faster processing in order to reduce the workload or back-load of delayed or pending cases! Hopefully, you should here back from USCIS anywhere within the next 60 days! Good luck to you and keep us posted!

I filed at the VSC and received my NOA on 10/16/15, I did my biometrics on 11/18/15 and I still have had no further update or movement on my case.

From reading this thread it seems like that is the case for most VSC filers.

It's over 8 months since I received my NOA!

Ok guys I received a letter in the mail today dated 6-27-16 stating that my ROC has been approved.

I believe my RFE was probably triggered by my recent change of address, which seemed to have happened to several people on VJ so I don't think it's a coincidence. For those of you who are wondering about the evidence for my RFE, here's what I sent:

-Copy of both our driver's license (which wasn't included the first time)

-Copies of bank statements from randomly selected months within the last 3 years.

-Copy of joint auto loan agreement

-Bills showing we live at the same address (I sent this initially but I sent more with our new address)

This was all the evidence I sent because everything else that was suggested in the RFE letter was sent with the initial ROC package and the RFE letter did state that you don't have to send items you already sent.

I hope this helps.
