I filed late October last year and still has not heard anything. I am a CSC filer, I moved during the process so I dont know if that is what's causing the delay but I already tried calling twice and the last time we spoke with an officer and I still couldn't get any straight answer they said they are behind the processing times and that was a month ago when I called. I dont know if it's a good idea to keep calling, I frequently check my case status to see if there's an update but for now I am working and hopefully something will change soon and I will get approve

Im in the same situation, however, im a early CSC december filer, I also had to move after i submitted my application because my landlord sold the house that we were living in . i called a couple of times and i was told to wait. I wonder if moving is the reason why its taking so freaking long. you might be able to apply for naturalization at this point, that way they will have to review your case.

I think not until October for me bec my gc will expire January 2017, I cant think of anything else that would cause the delay, my friend that filed early January has already heard from uscis for RFE. It must be the moving, hang in there maybe yours will come soon

I filed in October 2015 as well. I have not moved and I haven't heard anything from them - no request for evidence either. They must be super delayed. Or worst case maybe they lost everybody's cases

Another VSC approval! My husband got his letter on Saturday saying that he has been approved for his removal of conditions and to expect his new green card in the mail within 60 days!!! The letter is dated 8/23/16 .

Thank you! It is so exciting that Vermont is moving forward a bit, even if very slowly. After seeing so many California people get approved it was getting so frustrating >.<.

I actually didn't even think to check it online! It seemed like nothing in the process ever got updated on there so we gave up checking it for updates and just waited to receive hard-copy mail. I'm at work and don't have the letter with me to check the number online but I could try it at home and then update here if anyone would like to know.

I'm glad to see that VSC is processing cases from October. I really want to avoid having to get an infopass appointment, miss work, etc for the extension stamp.
