I sent an email to The U.S. President and voiced my frustration. When my case was at USCIS....I did the same thing and got my case moving as well as a call from someone from Obama's Administration. I'm trying again about NVC and see what happens. Maybe if we all send individual emails, something can be done.

Did you receive a response back when you contacted the president or his administration?

Arizona is such a weird state i don't know if writing to senators would do much at all. Sadly, this state is very racist and anti-immigration. Oh and if my husband does attempt to cross it would be in juarez/elpaso. i hope something happens before then. Oh lord hear all our prayers.

Well i just now called NVC. They said they are still scheduling the interview for Sept. However the agent had no idea whether it was for NWD or not.

And when i asked why F2A and k1 are getting interview and why not cr1?? And when i asked if they had any glitches in system ?? - She said she had no idea why but she confirmed that NVC system has no glitches.

She said you are on waiting.. Keep on waiting..:oops:Not so new update but that's what it today??

Another Day and no news.. wonder if they'll schedule us all towards the end of September? since they'll probably give a cushion of atleast 2-3 weeks for the medical so they wont be scheduling IR/Cr-1 interviews before the 15th of September
