Wow! Congratulations! What was ur reason for having ur case expedited if you dont mind? Our case was completed on july 27 but we dont have interview schedule yet! I dont know how long its gonn be..any idea how us embassy manila does their interview scheduling? Are they doing interviews everyday?

Geez that was quick!! So got a checklist dated August 5 and my scan date was July 27, doing EP. Missing DS-260 but since I only submitted that today it doesn't surprise me (some of the info took longer to get than expecting).

Also missing W-2 for 2014. As I was working overseas I didn't have a W-2. Should I submit a letter indicating that??

The lady said something about it still being input in the system so they're not able to take my email but to call back in a week. So maybe just a line?

Since I can print the AOS sheet with barcode after paying it, and I check the page pretty much every day, I don't really see why I'd need to give them my email . . . Once the DS-261 is in the system, I'd be getting emails anyway, right? Should I still keep trying?

Also, AOS shows as paid today! Moving right along . . .

I'm not saying that, but it just sounds odd that they can input an email address.

I've read where you must include the NVC checklist document that will come with the welcome letter package. I've also read where just having the AOS cover sheet is ok just as long as you submit a document with a barcode. I would call the NVC and double-check.

Can someone just confirm for me that I don't actually need to send the W-2 (or why I don't have a W-2 since I was working overseas during 2014) to NVC? Am I correct that my husband just needs to take the financial info to the consulate for his interview?? Thanks

The National Visa Center (NVC) recently reviewed your I-864 Affidavit of Support form. The

Affidavit of Support form had one or more sections with missing or incorrect information or

was missing required supporting documents, or both.

Please review the instructions below to complete a new Affidavit of Support form or to obtain

the missing supporting documents. Send the corrected Affidavit of Support form or

original documents that are missing to the principal applicant so he or she can take them

to the immigrant visa interview. You should also send photocopies of the Affidavit of

Support form to the principal applicant for each traveling family member to take to the visa

interview. Failure to take the original documents and copies for each traveling family member

to the visa interview can cause processing delays. The Consular Officer will review the

corrected form and documents at the time of the interview.

You do not need to contact the NVC at this time. Also, do not send an updated I-864 Affidavit

of Support form or documents to the NVC. After we schedule the immigrant visa interview, we

will send you an appointment letter.

If you need a new I-864 Affidavit of Support form, you can find it at uscis.gov/forms.

it's all in their hands now! I'm hoping they don't need any additional information. I sent a 77 page package to them today, all payments have cleared. Hoping for a quick end.

I was able to pay the AOS fee. the IV fee is not available to be paid.

Congrats! They say the IV bill usually comes a few days later..Seems that everyone is making good progress this early in August; Love it!

I got our case number today and am checking over my AOS documents to have them ready to go. Can someone help me out with what to put for domicile? I've lived in Ecuador for the last 7 years. Do I put Ecuador as Domicile and then do the letter declaring intent to reestablish domicile with evidence of how I've maintained domicile in the US over the last 7 years (ie: maintained bank accounts, credit cards ect) or do I put U.S.A as domicile? I'm probably making this more complicated than necessary, but I seriously don't want any checklists.

Does it mean proof of relationship between the sponsor and the immigrant? Or proof of relationship between the joint sponsors(if you have any)?

What does it mean exactly?

Need the answer urgently. Planning on sending the package in tomorrow.

Hey Guys. New question:
So my husband paid the AOS fees and the document cover sheet it let us download looks like the 1st picture. Our fee is still in process and hasn't showed "PAID" yet.
Now, someone on Visa journey sent me another picture of a document cover sheet which looks like the 2nd picture?
Why do we have a different looking coversheet? Does this mean we need to wait for our payment to show "PAID" after which it will let us download this other kind of coversheet? This 2nd coversheet allows you to send all the documents(AOS and IV) in one single packet.

Also, if we can just use this one, do we have to wait for the IV fee payment and get another barcoded cover sheet like the one we have now and make separate AOS and IV packages?
Or can we just use this one for both?
Very confused. Please help.
