Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received

On January 29, 2015, we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSC1590######. Our National Benefits Center office will begin working on your case again. We will mail you a decision or notify you if we need something from you. You should receive a decision or case update by March 30, 2015.

So, if my NOA1 date was December 26, Did they reset the time? I think from January 29th to March 30th is 74 days? Or a bit less. Any ideas? :)

Hello,

AOS filed Dec 5th 2014

NOA1 Dec 16th through 16 texts and 16 emails LOL

Biometric appointment was Jan 7th 2015

No other communication nor can we see the status of the application on USCIS Case Status. It says the MSC# is invalid.

When we call the USCIS Service Center they say to relax and that the website is 'having issues'

Any feedback from anyone?
