NO update since my biometrics (AOS)

Hi to all VJ members, I submit my AOS for K1 visa holder last 8/19/2014 and USCIS received the case 3 days after (8/22/2014) and completed my biometrics last 9/11/2014 and since then no update from my case. I call the USCIS and they just told me that my case is pending and try to call again after the 75th day of the last update. Is there anyone out there with the same scenario? Is Nebraska Service Center just too slow to process cases?

I filed I-485 in June 13th, biometric was done in July, got my EAD in September, and interview waiver letter in September 25th. My I-485 is still in acceptance on USCIS website's status updates.

Yes I did file for I-131 and I-765 as well (all in). I will cross my finger for that "interview letter." I think I'm just excited to have a job and pursue my schooling and my career and be able to start a life here. Anyway thank you :)

I got a letter last week (Notice of Potential Interview Waiver Case) They also said '' Duo the workload factors not related to your case, USCIS anticipates a delay in completing your case. Presently, we anticipate that delay to be approximately 6 months from the date of this letter'' Online it says it's still on ''Acceptance since June 27'' All you can do is wait..They just have a lot of cases I guess.
