NO update since my biometrics (AOS)

mine is too, i had done my biometrics on 9/11/14 , still not receive anything from uscis. (no EAD card, interview letters, RFE letters )

i'm tired of waiting.. so long..

please, please let us give a luck. :(

Hi to all VJ members, I submit my AOS for K1 visa holder last 8/19/2014 and USCIS received the case 3 days after (8/22/2014) and completed my biometrics last 9/11/2014 and since then no update from my case. I call the USCIS and they just told me that my case is pending and try to call again after the 75th day of the last update. Is there anyone out there with the same scenario? Is Nebraska Service Center just too slow to process cases?

hello,, think we're in the same situation. AOS sent Aug 29,, NOA1 Sept 2, Bio Sept 24, till now no update. Nebraska SC also. Called USCIS & the agent said to wait for AED/AP till 90 days & just called them when i still don't have it after 90 days :-(

Biometrics - Sept 24, 2014

AED/AP Production - November 12, 2014

Combo Card Received - November 20, 2014

AOS Ready for Interview - November 14, 2014

Case Update (for Interview) - December 3, 2014

Interview Date - January 6, 2015

Approved: January 6, 2015

New Card Production - January 6, 2015

Registered New Resident Status & Mailed Welcome Notice- January 7, 2015

New Card Mailed to My address- January 12, 2015

Green Card Received- January 15, 2015

Still no EAD here, and we're 93 days since NOA1. It can go longer than 90 days. :ranting:

K1 Visa timeline:

08/02/2014 - AOS, EAD, AP applications mailed. 

11/17/2014 - K2 gets an interview waiver letter in the mail (dated November 12th) (K1 has never gotten this letter)

08/24/2015 - Green cards are FINALLY in hand after nearly 13 months of waiting.

05/01/2017 - ROC application sent 

05/02/2017 - CSC receives our package

05/31/2017 - biometrics appt (Oxnard, CA)

06/19/2018 - ROC still pending with no news but that wonky glitch back in February, so we went ahead and filed for citizenship

When did you file??? Atlanta area is very bad :( there are around 5 couples from Atlanta office. Some August most September, and any of us has any news since biometrics!

Still no update here, I just called them (USCIS) on the 75th day of my last update and they just give me another 15 days for me to call again when theirs no update yet. Actually I'm not really excited about the "green card" as of the moment IF it's take a while, but not with the EAD! I can't apply a driver license without it and can't work!

I feel like I had to much rest for not having a real job nor career.

Well, still good luck to all the pending's out there. It's about PATIENCE. More patience as they say.
