Hi Everyone! Me and my Fiancee are almost ready to send in the I-129F packet. One of our questions was when providing the scans of boarding passes, tickets and 4x6 photos of us should we be adding a cover page above them with a title "Proof of Meeting Within The Past 2 years" ? We are trying to make sure everything is ordered cleanly in regards to the cover letter and it is easy for them to go through.

Thanks!

I put unstickable stickers on almost each paper, saying what that was, like: "boarding passes for Anna and Nodari, flying together to Dubai", "departure stamps from Anna and Nodari's passports to show they've left the country the same day and time". etc.

I added a time line of our time together that had dates and places that matched the dates and places on the plane tickets, hotel receipts and photos that we took together. That way everything matched up well. Be sure to write the dates and places and names of people on the back of your photos.

A simple cover letter as shown in the VJ Example Forms was adequate for our needs.

Hi Everyone! In trying to organize our packet we created labels with a label maker and stuck them on the top sheets/scans of the evidence. For example on a scan of the boarding passes for my fiance the label says up at the top "Fiancees name 2014 America Trip" and etc for my trip to her country. I did the same thing on scans of letters and cards. Is sticking the labels up at the top okay? Will this cause any issue with our application?

Thanks for all your help!

As long as the labels do not stick out or cover important information, then they will be fine. Assembly tips > http://www.uscis.gov/forms/forms-and-fees/general-tips-assembling-applications-mailing

Please send a cover letter, saying what documents are in each section, and keep like documents together, like finical,, income tax returns, proof of income, then the proof of having met, pictures, boarding passes, hotel receipts, if you bought an engagement ring..,.,(Philippines has 18K gold, most places..,.,in USA is 14K gold.,.,.18K worth much more, and at great prices!

Just organize it as something you would receive and not be confused!

Financials, such as taxes and proof of income are not even included with the I-129F petition. Those things are needed later for the actual K-1 visa interview.
