So I was repacking a long forgotten box of some of my great grandmother's glasses and in it I find a perfect preserved section of newspaper from 1960 with a full page piece about the president elect's wife, Jackie-O, foreshadowing of Vatican II, mounting tensions with Cuba, and talk about starting the NY state lottery. That is a jam packed 4 page spread and in the lady's section of the paper none the less!

Has nothing to do with support, no ma'am. It has to do with taking a toddler to see fishies and whales and dolphins and whatever else is there, and with keeping a wife happy because she's never been to San Antonio and rejected the two other suggestions, she man. No matter the beliefs of anyone, the admission fees of SW and any other amusement park are an overpriced rip-off, and for that reason I as a cheap gringo resent supporting them, $i man.

Well, all I can ask is that after you go, educate him about the real lives of sea creatures. SW has a lot of misinformation.

I love a guy who looks like he could be on Criminal Minds as either an agent or a killer.

I went to an aquarium near me, it cost about $60 for my daughter and I and it was barely a one hour experience. Huge rip off.

Perhaps forget the reputations and instead find the hungry ones or the quickest studies, si man.

If I had taken their "reputation" into account, do you think I would have driven them to tears?

Of course I did :). They just proved that reputation isn't everything. ;)

Have a serious talk with Subhuman Resources (like grab 'em by the shirt front and pin 'em against the wall), see here man.

Our headhunter honcho is a hippie from Hawaii, who has a habit of hiring resumes, without doing the necessary investigation of the person behind the piece of paper. He sits outside my office and I have a go at him as often as I am able about it.

But he takes his policy direction from bigger wigs than me, so I doubt much will change. :(

Don't interrupt me when I'm talking to myself

Human Resources is quite possibly the worst part about gainful employment.

$ell it, $i ma'am! $ell it!

Amount corrected, but agreed, sigh ma'am. Going to the pet stores is the more-than-adequate alternative. Mini-B. periodically inquires if we can go back to see the fishies and the cuy (guinea pigs), et al., wee man.

this vacation better than last one.....

You've vacated your own thread, sigh man.

1. You're that ugly, huh man?

2. First, one must have pute; then comes repute, see man.

Many. What a short-sighted hindquarters-head, hmmmph man.

Many. Confront those wigs and lay their bald heads bare, toupee man.

Human Resources is quite possibly the worst part about gainful employment.

With some exceptions, Subhuman De-sourcing is typically where the dregs of the employee pool are relegated. Unfortunately, everyone else suffers, sigh man.

Rant: Mrs. T-B. did it again in regard to the kitchen sink. And she didn't even cook anything today. It took another Many minutes to disentangle the disaster, and now instead of retiring early with a stomachful of heap-strong back medicine, I must wait to de-dish the warsher.
