Yes I've called a few times and everytime I call the USCIS they say they're in the normal time frame and to call back with 14-30 days if no changes. I see may and June filers getting approvals so I'm not understanding their whole process

It seems like you are already more than 6 months wait. I would call and ask for a tire 2, or even make an appointment at the local USCIS and ask them. if your priority date is 04/14 the processing time for TSC is 5 months. I think if you try to do the e-request it should allow you to do so!! Yet again I don’t know myself since I yet to reach 5 months!! I have not seen many TSC applicants in the April I-130 fillers forum but you should post there as well..

Let me know if you managed to know what date they are processing at the TSC..

When I called a week ago they said TSC is currently working on april 2nd petitioners. I've noticed they've been working on that date for nearly 3 weeks now. :/ I've tried doing a service request and it keeps saying I'm within the time frame. It's very frustrating and I only wish they could truly understand what we all go through just to sit and wait for a response so we can start our lives with our loved ones.

After checking Igor's List for approvals of NSC filers at least 5 times per day religiously for at least the last two months, I decided to click on unapproved members' timelines to see if they've been active lately. I figured, if most of the filers before me had not been active in some time, perhaps they've been approved and have decided not to continue with updating their VJ timelines. What I found was that the majority of unapproved filers who received their NOA1 in May and the first half of June have not been active on VJ in over a month. This gives me a little bit of hope that the majority of cases filed before mine might have already been approved and those of us still waiting do not have as much time to go as we might think...

Here's to happy thoughts June filers!!!
