I have a quick question, when I sent my package back in June. June 10th to be precise, I got a text that my case has been routed to TCS, does it mean my case is being treated there or sorted there before transferring to a different service center? PD is June 13th. Help pls

It means they are handling your case at TSC.

dmoonsluv, following the trend of faster approvals one may not be able to accurately predict which service center is fastest, they keep changing. it used to be NSC and now CSC. who knows TSC could be next. it all depends on the work load of a particular service center at a point in time.

Oh God, TSC is delayed, I just saw the processing time on USCIS web site they are working on Application from 04/02/2014......

I-130 Petition for Alien Relative U.S. citizen filing for a spouse, parent, or child under 21 April 2, 2014

So I paid the IV fee earlier this week and submitted the online I-260 today using info from a previously prepared I-230. Now just waiting for the original birth, marriage, and NBI clearance to arrive from PI hopefully next week. I already have the passport page.

This question pertains to my step-daughter's filing. What IV support docs are required for a minor child? I presume just the passport page and original birth certificate?

Can someone confirm that is only docs I will need?

I really don't like this..

Oh no...that means they are not completing cases within 5 months...oh no...ugh.

If the minor is sixteen, you will need a police certificate and if the minor had ever been arrested for any reason at any age, you'll need a police certificate . Otherwise the copy of the passport page and original birth certificate, plus two passport photographs are all you need to submit.

I still haven't recieve a NOA2 and it's been since April 14, 2014. What is taking TSC so long??

Did you try calling? or did you put in a service request?
