Nigerian PCC is also valid for 3 months, I will wait till end of the week to see if I'll get my P4.

it also talks about it in the P4 letter.

Here is what it says in mine:

"*** IMPORTANT *** Interview Reminders

================================================================================

Applicants may need to bring an additional police certificate to the interview. If the following three

items are all true, the applicant needs to bring an updated police certificate to the interview:

He or she is more than 16 years old;

He or she obtained a police certificate more than one year ago; and

He or she still lives in the country that issued the police certificate.

Bring this interview letter to the medical exam. Bring this letter to the medical examination because the

panel physician may need to review it before performing the examination.

Bring updated Federal income tax information to the interview. If a sponsor filed an I-864 (Affidavit of

Support) and provided the NVC with proof of an IRS Federal income tax extension in lieu of a Federal

income tax return, bring the sponsor's most recent Federal income tax return to the visa interview.

Petitioners are not required to attend the applicant's immigrant visa interview. Facility size and/or

security concerns may limit who may accompany a visa applicant during his or her visit to the U.S. Embassy

or Consulate. Please visit the U.S. Embassy or Consulate's webpage for more information at usembassy.gov."

Husband says not to worry, but I can't help it.

We just booked our flights for July 13th, a sunday.. We have the interview on the 2nd. I am trying to find a place on here that has feedback on how long London embassy takes to send back passport. any ideas where I can find reports on that?

I looked at the embassy reviews but that is usually written right after interview.

So, worried flight is too close to interview EEEK!

My husband interviewed on a Monday and his visa was ready for pick up at the depot on Friday the same week. He mentioned at his interview that he planned to fly soon per suggestions on VJ, and thinks that helped them turn his paperwork around quickly.

Eugh just checked to see is london embassy is on holiday July 4th, and they are! Wonder if that will delay us getting visa in time. they say it gets to us in 10 days by courier. I have seen 3 people on here get it in 6-7 days, still trying to collect more data ... And we have allowed ourselves interview 2nd- flight 13th. So 10 days but one is a holiday. Mmm still worrying cos these numbers I am not sure they include weekends. Double eek

Thanks Gurubabe, do you think the embassy will say the samething? Dont you think NVC might value it for 1 yrs during the course of processing the submitted documents while the embassy might just say 3 months. Just my thought though.
