Hey can anyone answer this question: for my interview do I need to bring both my 2013 transcript + return? I have the 2013 transcript for both myself and my sponsor, but I dont have the 2013 return for my sponsor. I just tried to get it online and I answered a question wrong, so I am locked out for 24 hours. I am going to print it tomorrow night anyway, but I am panicking here.

Why do you have to bring return and transcript? Its suppose to be one or the other. You have the transcript that will suffice. And its the best proof because it proves you filed taxes.

Because in the most recent review for Montreal the person said they gave the consulate both. And I am panicking because I want to make sure everything goes perfectly /o\.

Packet 3 is for k1. There nothing you need to do but have medical and prepare for your interview.

I still don't understand why the panic. You said in the review they gave to the consulate. No where do I read it was required. people give the Co's all kinds of stuff. Tax transcripts are always preferred because it shows proof you filed. Long as you have one or the other you are fine.

You need to calm down or unessary mistakes will happen. Just check and recheck all you need to take to consulate and BREATHE! It is well.

I don't see anywhere that its required either, but since i filed my AoS before the 2013 year was due I knew I needed to bring my updated tax info. Like I said I have the transcripts, just not the return. And its only for my sponsor, I have both for mine.

Sure you can try but they may make you file. Was last year above poverty line 012 I mean. And what does current pay look like?

Yes last all the three previous years are way above the poverty line. The current pay is higher than the previous years. Nvc didn't mention anything about me bringing the 2013 tax information to the interview.

Pls dwheels is it okay, if I take evidence of filing tax extension for 2013, to the interview.we filed for extension till September.

I have an extension till October 2014 and the interview is 09-Jul.

in the email, they made sure they asked for 2013 taxes if we filed an extension. So I WILL fill before the interview and I will make sure I will amend when she gets here and gets a SSN

it should only be a few days... then you can track the dhl package....

btw... I take cream no sugar.... preferrably decaf because I am stressed enough !! LOL... HOORAY for Monday !

I moved on Friday.

Lesson learned: Reserve a moving truck ahead of time! Don't just assume trucks are waiting for you!!!!

I went to a UHaul location on Friday morning and I was shocked when I was told NO truck rentals available in the phl area for 24 hours or more. I had to settle for 6 hours rental. They charged me for the entire day of course. Moving a 2-bedroom apartment in 6 hours was the hardest I worked in my life. But at the end, I was glad I worked that hard and just got done, even if I was beat up. But I felt good afterwards.

Well I just got off the phone with NVC to ask about my interview date and now they are telling me that my case isn't complete yet and is still under review? I called last week and they said my case was complete as of 27th of May. Feeling really sad right now.
