Is anyone having problems to check the status of K1 visa? I've tried to open the website since Monday and it wouldn't open. I saw a few March TSC filer got approved already, I hope ours will be approved soon too!!

I just checked my status and it worked fine. Did your account get locked by chance? If you don't log in every few days, it will lock you out due to inactivity which is pretty silly if you ask me. You then have to create your account all over again using a different email address.

I did,actually I've tried this link since Monday. And it is just loading and loading, I tried 2 different computers with different IP's and my phone.

You don't have to create your account all over again using a different email address. You just have to reset your password. I've already had to do it twice, which is stupid considering I login every single business day.

You don't have to create your account all over again using a different email address. You just have to reset your password. I've already had to do it twice, which is stupid considering I login every single business day.

I wasn't able to do that. I have actually had to create my new account 3 times now using a different email address because it stated my old email address was already in use. I even called to get my password reset or account unlocked and the woman said there was nothing they could do. I don't know why I wasn't surprised.

I hope I don't have to do it again as I am running out of email addresses :)

Click on register as an applicant customer and follow the steps. It is quick and easy.

Nope, it is just an alternate way to check your status. I don't always have my src # with me, by creating an account I can just log in and check. Another advantage of creating an account is you can set up an e-mail and/or SMS alert when your status changes.

Yeah, you're good to go. The 1-129f doesn't enable you, it is an additional (optional) form, but you obviously included it in your application since you got notified by email/text.

Hey March TSC filers,

My petition was approved on the 7/8/14 and my noa1 was 3/3/14. Hopefully all March filers will be approved soon. Your time is coming. Just wanted to give everyone an update :) :)
