My petition was approved on the 7/8/14 and my noa1 was 3/3/14. Hopefully all March filers will be approved soon. Your time is coming. Just wanted to give everyone an update :) :)

Congrats!! My NOA1 is 1 day behind yours...that gives me a little hope.

Is it just me or does anyone else get really excited watching the February bar on the graph go up every day? Hopefully we'll start to see many more March approvals very soon :yes:

Hey congrats! We are 3/4/14 NOA1, and hope to be next. Did you do anything special, like Erequest, contact senator/congressman, expedite, etc?

Hey congrats! We are 3/4/14 NOA1, and hope to be next. Did you do anything special, like Erequest, contact senator/congressman, expedite, etc?

Same here, we're 3/4/14, anyday now. :)

We didn't do anything except wait. We were going to contact a senator today but thought we'll just check the website one last time and it was approved. Best surprise ever! I wasn't expecting approval until next month some time if we were lucky. They didn't send us a text or email either, only the website was updated.

Also thank you everyone for your kind words. Even though I didn't post on here much at all, it has been a great help as we are all in it together. :yes:

I'm hoping TSC is now starting to pick up their act and I hope everyone will be getting approvals soon. :thumbs:

Just now checked my case status and my case is transferred to another office for processing.. Atleast some movement at TSC

That's 2 transfers in 2 days. Something is going on. Maybe they are seriously trying to catch up by transferring some of the load.

This is good news for you and potentially for others as well. If we see several more transfers soon, it will be a very good thing.

Hi fellow March peeps!

I haven't checked the site for a while as I'm in the States trying to enjoy my time with my love and not get too worried about all this waiting! We're past 5 months now...and it seems there is some movement which leaves me hopeful. I am slowly running out of money so really need to get NOA2 sooooooon.

Just wanted to check in and say hey. Please keep posting of any developments!!!

Oh one more thing...should I bother contacting our congresswoman again or is it just pointless? I'm so tired of getting my hopes up.

Tsc is transferring petitions from April onwards, Presumably to the California Service Centre. I just hope this means we see our NOA2 in the next few weeks as TSC won't have much of a backlog. Just worried that those transferred will be approved at CSC before us.

I've been able to handle the wait reasonably well (besides being frustrated at the TSC)...but all this recent activity has my nerves on edge... I can't seem to think about anything else, and keep checking obsessively. Hope to hear something soon!

I know right? I just finally came to terms with the wait a few weeks ago and now I feel like I did 3 weeks after I filed...they keep sucking us back in :rofl:

I got to the point where I was only checking my status a couple of times a week...now I am back to 5 times a day :)
